Got this shower head combo for my aging parents and they absolutely love it. They had gone to a hardware chain to get the one we replaced and this one out performed the expensive hardware store one they had, hands down. Excellent quality and fantastic water pressure.
I've only had it for 2 weeks, but so far it's works great. This is my first shower head combination. I feel it's good to have the option of hand held and the square head. The square head has lots of holes which provides a nice flow of water for a relaxing shower.
The way I felt after my first shower with this product was an amazing experience. The best shower I ever had. Assembly can be just the right amount of tedious and it even includes the teflon tape which is a nice touch. Overall a good product. I'm telling you the way the water coming out feels is extraordinary I was thinking about how nice the water felt way after I shower 10/10
Bought this on a whim and wasn't sure how it fit or perform. I love it and rated it 5 stars because it works well and fits perfectly. Water pressure is increased and the aesthetic looks fab.

Shower head works great! Was easy to install and doesn't have the pressure regulator in it, so top notch water pressure is available.

This has a very powerful spray that I did not expect when it comes to the rain shower experience. That was a joyful surprise. My only issue is that the arm extension does not seem to stick very well. This is for a kids' bathroom and I am afraid that the whole thing could fall off while in use.
Looked pretty promising at first but then I received the product and the assembly instructions were not clear but even after I figured out how to assemble it; it was leaking since I first attached it and within two days it had completely broken apart
I saw good reviews and claims of easy installation and my dream of having a dual "rain" shower took over. The first piece you install(the divertor) leaks everywhere where you install into your pipe no matter how much tape you use and you can't tighten it because its where it meats the set ball joint. Everything starts/relies on this piece. I used real plumbers tape because I really wanted this to work but it did nothing! I emailed the seller but so far no response. It also has washers that wont fit and the pipe threads(male side) show way too much on every connection %26 doesn't match up. I might try Flex-seal etc to stop the leaking but I think its best to return because those other connections will leak soon too. Sometimes you just have to spend more...
