I feel I should mark as four stars as the directions suck, but the chair itself is nice and just what we needed. Anyone getting confused on assembly will be so when they are told to assembly certain parts in numerical order. No where in the instructions does it say there are corresponding numbers on parts and there are no pictures to indicate this. The feet/bottom legs are numbered and are easy to see. What I didn't see or know was there are more numbers on the legs under the seat part. Now that I know it seems obvious, but while assembling it was a nightmare, as I had no clue what the instructions was referring to. I've attached pics to help the next person out. The pads on the bottom of the feet/legs are nice and wide, formed in a way to help support weight also. Shower handle holes are on both sides of chair also, something I don't recall seeing in the description online. As there are various sizes on shower heads/wands, I would not presume they would hold all shower heads/wands. I would think you'd have to have a pretty long hose to make use of that feature anyway and all the replacement hoses I have seen are of standard length. Adjustments for height are easily done. Weight of the shower chair...... weighs next to nothing. Moving about whether from room to room or just moving about in a bathroom I would image should not be an issue for anyone. The chair isn't huge either, so it's a good fit for our bathroom. Seat has holes in it for drainage. One still had the formed plastic in it where it hadn't been removed during manufacturing. If this happens to you, just put a Phillips screwdriver down the hole and with a light strike with the palm of your hand on the end of the handle of the screwdriver, pop it out. If you have the capability to, I ran a portable fan facing the bathroom in hopes of drying it out quickly and avoiding any future problems with mold. Chair is suppose to support a weight of up to 300 lbs. I can see it doing so with no issues. Would buy again and would also recommend to anyone needing a simply shower chair.

My chair was delivered fast, securely packaged, it was easy to put togeather, I didn't even use the insturctions. I am a large, older person, with balance issues, and when I used it I felt the chair was steady and safe . It was just what I exspected, no surprises, no regrets in my purchase of this chair. You can order this chair at a resonable price and will be pleased with your purchase. This review was my personal opinion.

I did not realize the product was for a child when I ordered it. I attempted to return this product at WalMart but was advised I needed to contact the "seller". I have sent 2 emails - via WalMart - to the seller but have not yet received a response.

Received item. Never opened the package until i needed this item. Decided to add safe bars on my tub instead . Never open the box. Went to Walmart to return and was told this item was Non refundable in fine print. The Walmart customers service said this was not actually from Walmart. The seller was located in another country. Just letting people know read everything you can before purchasing and check if the item was returnable. Another reason to shop at another store.

the first one of these that I bought arrived to me damaged. so I went online to buy another one which one I noticed that they were no return. so the second one I bought I hurried and I went back and I said cancel my order within 30 minutes and they didn't. they sent it anyway. and the first one I bought which arrived to me broken. tough luck for me. no returns. I will never buy from the fender again

I believe this one has a defect or something. I'm just putting it together and its not right something is wrong and its saying I can't return it… I want a different one as my mom will need it when she comes to town. Everything is done the right way it's just still lopsided

I purchased this chair for assistance with taking a shower. I do not have a tub if I were in kindergarten through first grade this would fit because it is so little. It wasn't until I attempted returning this that I saw that it was nonrefundable. How can you not refund something that you have never used. I am 5'3” tall and I weigh less than 180 pounds. There is no way that I could comfortably lift myself out of this chair without fear of falling. Walmart needs to do a better job of vetting sellers. It is to the point that I am literally afraid to order anything from Walmart online because it comes really small in size, is a small quantity, and the descriptions do not in anyway accurately, describes the products that are being sold. I will attempt to sell this chair to someone who has more mobility than myself and purchased another chair from a company such as Amazon. At least there I can return the item if it is misrepresented in the description. Also, there is no way this thing can hold 300 pounds. A 300 pound individual would break this chair and end up on the bottom of the tub or shower. Individuals who buy medical equipment are buying it because of the necessity for it. We should not have to go through the process of trying to return things that we need. Stop putting measurements in inches and put them in feet because we are not measured in inches. We are measured in feet. I don't wanna have to use elementary in middle school mathematics to convert inches to feet when I am trying to purchase something. This was a completely wasted purchase and I would not recommend it for anybody.

Bought this product thinking that we would be needing it, Called the store to make sure if it was not needed could it be returned for a full refund, it would be in it's origianl carton unopened. I was told that would be ok. Return item to store with receipt and was told I could not get a refund, I explained to then that I specifically called to make sure it was a returnable item and was told YES IT IS ..stressful times like theses when your trying to bring a loved one home that will need 24 hour care.. Gave no explanation of why item couldn't be returned. Item was in original box that had never been opened. Receipt was with it. Disappointing very disappointing, especially when trying to stretch a dollar when you're dealing with someone sick and you just spent money on something that actually you didn't need because the hospital gave it to you to all I was trying to do was do the best for the person I'd be taken care of just in case they did not discharge him with One.

BUYER BEWARE!! Directions are not easy to read. There were 2 right arm tubes to attach backseat, when should of been 1 right and 1 left. Also, did not include foam seat. THIS IS NOT RETURNABLE AND LOST $34.00. Your not guaranteed you will get the correct pieces to put together.

DO NOT buy this item. I bought this item for use after total Knee Replacement surgery when I won't be able to sit down on a normal height chair. The advertising lead me to believe it would raise to 31 inches high. The highest position for the seat when I put it together was LOWER than a STANDARD kitchen chair rendering the shower chair useless for my purpose. VERY DISAPPOINTING %26 now I find out that I can not return it . Don't be hookwinked. Never shopping on WALMART again. !!!!!!!!!
