The adapter plug is very nice. It has the C and A ports as well for Tech work. Walmart was selling for a great price. I already have one of these plugs, so I know they work very well.
i got this for behind our fridge. we're in an old house with limited outlets and no usb ports in the ones we have. i got a nice led light bar for a dark counter in our kitchen, but it required a usb port to work. this outlet extender is slim so it didn't change how far the fridge sticks out all that much. it allowed us to keep the appliances we have plugged in back there and add the light bar.
Outlet expansion %26 integrated USB; price vey reasonable compared to other similar products and shipping fees. Walmart has free shipping; that can save upward of 30% on a purchase like today.

This is not quite what I wanted or expected, as I was hoping for an adapter that worked with only one of the outlets and doesn't cover both as my application requires the bottom outlet be dedicated to an appliance. I'm not comfortable breaking off the tab on the top part of the unit, but might resort to that. Overall, the device seems to be well-made and works well.
It will be helpful if you have 3 regular sized plugs. if you have a wide plug, you can only plug in two plugs.

the plastic prong in the middle of the unit makes it impossible to use in a normal us electrical outlet
