Bob's Red Mill Chocolate Chip & Banana Pancake & Waffle Mix, 20 oz bag

Pancakes are certainly not difficult to make from scratch. But I sure do love a quick mix that you can just add water to. And if it comes pre-flavored, all the better. This mix could not have been simpler. It's great for busy mornings when I'm trying to get my daughter on the bus. I just scoop some out, add water, and then we have delicious pancakes in about 5 minutes. The pancakes are fluffy, delicious, and have a slight chew to them, which I love. These do have a bit of an artificial banana taste to them, but I personally enjoy that. If you don't, keep that in mind. I love that the bag is resealable, so I don't have to use all the mix at once. We tried these with whipped cream and a slight drizzle of chocolate syrup. They're fantastic. Way better than other mixes we have used. Will definitely repurchase.

If I don't want to make scratch made this is the only brand I will use. Banana is not too overwhelming and they are perfect in every way.

Very good pancake mix! I like that the ingredients are better quality than typical pancake mixes, plus you only need to add water and mix. You will need to add more water than the recipe on the package. It's too thick to pour, otherwise. I don't know why people are complaining about them being too thick when all you have to do is add a little water until the batter is a thickness you like. The instructions even say that. The pancakes cooked up nice and fluffy. I do wish there was a little more banana flavor, which is the only reason I deducted a star. Overall, the flavor is still great! The chocolate chips add just enough sweetness that I don't add syrup. I just spread some butter on top. I'll definitely purchase again.

These are terrible. I never take the time to write reviews, but after seeing so many people hyping these up on TikTok, I had to say something these are absolutely nasty.

It doesn't taste like bananas or chocolate chips and it is not a very good texture either

these were just not good....not fluffy....almost felt like eating cardboard that had a hint of banana.... better off making your own batter
