Get some sleep!
This product stops the restless leg/cramping that I occasionally experience. It works. I can go right back to sleep. Definitely recommend.

It actually works for me!! wake up cramping get up pop a couple under my tongue walk around back to bed back to sleep. I didn't think they would actually work but they do.
