paper was bright white, nice weight to it. as described.
Nice paper
"If you buy cheap, you get cheap" !! I'm tax accountant, try to provide all clients with the best quality documents, this paper not only firm but its brightness lights up your eyes. Price is quite reasonable for such a Five Star item
I always buy this brand of multi-use paper as it never jams every time we print.
It's expensive paper but it's all we use at work. I like the weight and brightness.
Heavier than normal bond. Makes excellent and durable copies and documents.
I brought this item before at another store quite awhile back. I found it on your web site which I didn't expect to at a lower price and decided to stock up. I found your prices to be very reasonable and the quality of the paper just can't be beat.
This paper is one of the best that we have used in the office. Doesn't get stuck in our printer! Will definitely be purchasing it again!!!
BOISE POLARIS Premium Multipurpose Copy Paper, 8.5" x 11" Letter, 97 Bright White, 24 lb., 10 Ream Carton - 4 cases were damaged ! Three separate orders all damaged. The UPS guy threw the cases that weighed about 70 lbs each on my front door concrete entrance. The noise made so much noise that I thought that someone was breaking into my house. Once I knew that there was no one outside of my front door, I opened the door to find 4 cases of copy paper that were damaged. I put each case inside of my front door. I took every one of the packages out of the cases, that means 40 packages across my living room. When I returned them I did not look at the UPS tags. Each time the pickup person had to knock on my door and I had to put each package back into the box and the pickup person was kind enough to wait. The last guy asked me why I was returning the last two caes. I showed him the rips and tears in each package that I was putting back into the case. The bottom of several of the packages were damaged so there was no way that it would go through the printer. The sides and tops of each package were damaged so that meant that the paper was no good. The last pickup was on August 22, an Office Depot person stopped by my house with a truck, knocked on my door and said that he was here to pick up the printer paper. I took a photo of his license plate because it did not say Office Depot. I was not expecting him until Tuesday, August 23. The boxes are heavy so I set them outside of my front door and slowly packed them with the packages of printer paper. He was very patient. He picked up the last two cases on Monday, August 22. Please note that the pickup I was told was scheduled for Tuesday, August 23. Your representative on August 22 picked up the last two cases of the BOISE POLARIS Premium Multipurpose Copy Paper, 8.5" x 11" Letter, 97 Bright White, 24 lb., 10 Ream Carton which had different tracking numbers which is not my problem. Let me know when I will be fully credited for the 4 cases of the BOISE POLARIS Premium Multipurpose Copy Paper, 8.5" x 11" Letter, 97 Bright White, 24 lb., 10 Ream Carton, I am supposed to have a total of 4 cases that were credited. I have only been credited for two cases. I have spent hours on the phone with Office Depot. I have spent hours on the phone with Walmart
The paper is excellent for the extensive document printing I do for my business. However the shipping process is terrible. The cardboard cases are always damaged and the individual reams inside are torn up and paper edges damaged. I am grateful to be able to get this paper from Walmart, but the shipping containers need to be in sturdier cases.
