The Captain Jack's ready to use Lawn and Weed control dispenses easily and has several spray pattern options. There is no chemical odor since it's made using natural ingredients. I tried it a few weeks ago and could see it had started to work that day but that night we had a hard freeze in my region so I couldn't tell if the spray or the cold actually killed the weeds. I had my doubts about Captain Jacks Lawn Weed Brew, but it proved to be a great product for killing weeds, some within a day! I sprayed a multiple variety of weeds, moss, and other noxious plants in my yard and beds. Similiar products of this nature suggest applying when the temperature is warm, but I sprayed on a day when the weather was about 60 degrees, and the results were good. Bushy green weeds like dandelions were brown in a day, moss was beginning to turn brown in a day, with wild weed violets taking a bit longer, but were ultimately killed. I noted no excessive damage to the surrounding grass areas. The product sprays easily, has no noticeable odor, and I had no fear in using it. Photos show before and after spraying results in one day. I recommend this product for its ease of use and great results.

This weed killer works great, turning the weeds a brownish black killing them and not returning, it does say that you will see results in a few hours we didn't notice anything till the next day, not a big deal though as I'm happy just as long as it works and it works faster then other ones we have used! It's safe for people and pets once it dries to be in the area that was treated, we did use it in our yard as well because it says it won't kill your grass but if it does it will come back...it did not kill our grass at all but did the weeds so definitely pretty amazing and a good product!! I would highly recommend this , it's ready to use so all u got to do is spray! A product that does what it says and I want to also add our weeds were there a long time so they were well grown!!

This product works. Sprayed on unwanted weeds growing in cracks on patio and it destroyed them. I have been a bit hesitant to use round up and this is a great alternative. It does state you can spray on weeds and not harm grass, but I did not use it for that application. Not a strong odor - easy to spray.

Easy to use lawn weed brew. It's ready to use. I used it around my apartment where I planned flowers and there are weeds growing. Kills weeds so far that's all I know. I like the fact that it works in cool weather down to 50°. I also like that people and pets can enter the treated area when the spray dries. Looking forward to spring to see how well it controlled the weeds coming up through the winter. I plan on trying it again in the spring.

Rather than the heavy chemical-based alternatives, this one's base is iron, so I feel a little better about using it compared to the others. The spray bottle is quite durable and has what I consider to be sufficient volume to manage weeds within several beds. The nozzle is also good, as companies often skimp on the weight or durability of the dispenser.

I sprayed weeds in my mulch area and in the cracks of my driveway and sidewalk. I feel like I see a difference after a few days, but it did rain so I wonder if that could've impacted efficacy. Still, it seems to have worked enough to see a difference. I used to use a different brand and I think I saw the effects faster, but this is comparable and the other costs a lot. So I'm going to keep trying this and see how it goes when there isn't rain here in Florida.

This weed spray works on basic weeds in my rock garden. There are a few that had to be sprayed more than once but they did eventually die. I like that it can work in cool weather and is derived of natural ingredients. This size is perfect if you just have a few weeds to spray and the sprayer works well and covers the weeds with one or two sprays.

This looks like it's going to be a good weed killer. I sprayed it on some weeds in my driveway. The next day they looked about the same but by the second day they started to dry up. I will continue to watch them and the instructions say to reapply in 3 to 4 weeks so I'm just going to wait and see what happens before spraying again. The liquid is not clear but it's a dark brownish color. It is safe to be around after it dries. It comes in a large spray bottle that should last a long time. It has an adjustable nozzle so you can set it to spray or stream.
