This was the perfect size for my neck. It fits snugly. It help with the tension I get while driving in NY traffic. The material is like a velvet feel. If I had one negative in the warm weather, it would be, it made me very warm, with the velvet snugly on my neck.

I purchased this pillow to help support my neck and alleviate pain in my right shoulder. It worked like a charm. The shoulder pain over a period of time has completely disappeared. It is comfortable, and I like that you can remove the pillow covering to wash. I recommend to hand wash. I had no problem placing the covering back onto the pillow. I love it.

I am 5'3” and have never driven a car where my neck is properly supported . This pillow fits easily below the seat head rest and adds support for my neck. I drive a lot for my job and I find this has made a difference on my neck pain

This one has a soft plush velvet texture, removable washable cover, and a strap to hold it in place if you like on your cars headrest. It's medium gray in color. Not light, not dark. Nice color. If the strap was adjustable it would make it easier to put in a comfortable spot for people of all heights.

The pillow is large for a small person or in my case elderly. It too rigid and not pliable enough for my neck. I also bought one for my daughter and she finds it to be a little too non pliable and it does not "cradle" the head
