Boost Oxygen Red Cross.

It works great my oxygen level has dropped low at times I use this since my insurance won't pay for oxygen therapy. I love it really helps when you need it

Customer January 29, 2026

It costs a bit too much, I feel, because people such as me (who have COPD) need to take far more than a couple of two to three second inhalations! We need to take a few full breaths to benefit significantly and, in that situation, the product does not last nearly long enough for the price that's asked. Still, the product is also great if you live in highly dusty conditions where, not only are you breathing 80% nitrogen/20% oxygen (or whatever the air composition is), but you also fail to get the full value of the minimal percentage of oxygen, because the oxygen you do take in is combined with and obscured by the extreme, unhealthy dust levels. I myself, having lived into my 50s with no lung problems, developed both asthma and COPD as a result of having to live now with unrelievable and extreme dust. So the product is terrific overall, and the large size reduces the frequent need to re-purchase O2 canisters. The pure O2 is an outstanding relief if you are out of breath. And, it's a great support for asthma and COPD patients. If you happen to be among the latter, however, be conscious of the fact that the product will do you little if any good if you have not first used your medication(s) to open your airways and/or to enable better functioning at the level of your alveoli and pulmonary capillaries.

Jennifer July 14, 2025

I'm 98% sure that the inconsistency I find sometimes in the amount and that's hardly any is due to the teenagers in my house. I adore this and the natural scented smaller size product. I have severe allergic asthma and struggle with having too much CO2 in my system sometimes but I'm a football mom who just hit her 40s.🤷‍♀️ I always keep one of these in my purse and I gotta tell you it's just been a boost like it says and an actual lifesaver once. So if you're considering it for a boost because of the crud we breathe all day, if you're wondering if it could be an intermediate or just good for an emergency, just go ahead don't feel silly. I'm telling you I've never regretted it.

Can be a life changer

Jordon March 10, 2026

Bought this because my grandmother has Afib so on occasion her oxygen is low which makes her heart work harder and she can't catch her breath this helped turn it around so she was able to get enough oxygen within two bursts for her to be able to catch her breath again her oxygen went up and her heartbeat settled back down.

My spouse has COPD. He was having difficulty breathing. Using these rescue oxygen cans prevented an ER visit. They have 225 puffs per canister It gave him relief until his Dr appt the next morning. He was in the process for evaluating portable oxygen unit. Thank goodness for these. Also, if you live in a multi story apartment building i would keep these with my fire extinguisher.

Helpful BOOST of oxygen! EZ 2 use

TanyaKirk74 February 3, 2026

BOOST OXYGEN, made in the USA, American Red Cross.... I ordered this 12 Liters PURE OXYGEN because it's an all natural respiratory support product that I needed during sickness. It has 98% concentration, offers a rapid response 0² for emergencies, home or outdoor. The red breathing inhalation top has an easy to use design with step-by-step instructions printed on the can. The quality is great! Really helped me get the extra boost of OXYGEN I needed! I think this would be great to have in all homes, business and even vehicles for families or anyone to use when needed. Affordable price point for a larger sized can!

LOVE THIS!

PRLivin March 27, 2026

I USE THIS PRODUCT FOR OXYGEN THERAPY TO PREVENT SKIN BREAKDOWN FOR MY BEDBOUND HUBBY. JUST SPRAY FROM A 6 INCH DISTANCE ON AFFECTED AREA WHILE MOVING SPRAY CONTINUALLY. KEEP THE DISTANCE WHILE CONTINUALLY MOVING SPRAY. ONLY TAKES A LITTLE. OXYGEN HEALS. BEST THING EVER!

It's ok if you get a can that actually has air

Cat January 24, 2026

When the can is filled with air it can help you. One time I got a brand new can and when I opened it there was no air....and you can tell. And good luck trying to return it and get your $19 back because Customer Service will say "How do we know you didn't use it or let all the air out?"

Plastic taste %26 Gone Immediately

Megan August 13, 2025

Ran out extremely quickly as if there wasn't even enough to match the description of the bottle inside. The mouthpiece doesn't go over the nose as well so it's a little annoying to try to have to be mindful to breathe primarily through your mouth when you need oxygen. The worst thing was, the oxygen smell bad and tasted bad like plastic.
