Product was fine and it has greatly helped me gain back my weight which is important for my health. The high protein and very high carbohydrates are perfect.

Big fan
These finally put weight on me. After three months of using this product and I have gained 10-115 lbs. The tastes of these are pretty tasty (vanilla). I did not like the aftertaste with the chocolate.

Great product-bad delivery
This product has been awesome! I have ordered and re-ordered numerous times from Walmart and Amazon. Unfortunately, this last delivery was left at a door we never use and never get deliveries. Package sat days in single digit freezing weather. By the time I investigated to find out why package had not arrived and walked around our property found it had frozen then most all of the cartons broke and leaked once thawed.

Usually good, but recently had a bad bottle
My son has a specialized diet and drinks this everyday. We purchase regularly and the box we purchased 7-1-23 had a bad bottle. The liquid had congealed inside the bottle. Be cautious when drinking.

I ordered the high calorie and I did not get that. they gave me only $350 calories when I needed over 500. I needed some right away so I went ahead and used them. but very disappointed.
