I watched the video before purchasing this. It did not demonstrate someone trying to deal with tangles ir matted fur- which is supposedly the main purpose. My Cavalier King Charles Spanial gets tangles and matted fur on his ears. While this one is more effective than a standard brush, I couldn't get it through tangles without hurting him. I had to be extremely gentle and careful. I didn't dare tey to pull it through some matted fur. I pulled out the scissors and cut that sucker out rather than torture him. All of that aside, it is still better than other brushes and combs. The way it was described on the website was, lets say ambitious. having given it more thought, I shiuld have given this more stars. Also, I would recommend it. Just don't expect it to do the impossible. ☆☆☆☆* (the * is meant to represent 1/2 a star)

Don't work

The comb did absolutely nothing to remove the matting, barely removed any of the hair, I followed the directions.
