BOSSCARE Full Body Massage Chair ON CLEARANCE

I have tried a $4,000 massage chair which had better build quality, just reality, but I believe I got more then my money's worth with this chair hence 5 stars. The motors are powerful and extremely quiet. I am 210lbs and the chair changes position smoothly without sounding like it is struggling. There might be negatives for others. I am 5'8" and the chair fits perfectly, but I saw nothing in the manual for adjusting the chair for taller/shorter folks. I was unable to find the Imassage app on google store and it didn't really sound like it did anything with the chair anyway from the manual. The touchscreen controls everything you need with the chair. There is nothing for the upper legs. Hips have air bags that I don't really notice them. Calves are only airbags. The only rollers are for the feet and back. One of the questions people ask online about the chairs is if they can sit hours in them (not recommended) but I can why people would want to.

This has saved me sleepless nights. I have very bad leg and back issues, with a hot bath and on this for a good twenty minutes with more heat and I will be in much better shape to try and get back to sleep

I am glad that I bought the chair. It has decent built quality and a ton a features. looks alright also. helps to eliminate back soreness and relax. Came well packed, not much for assembly, just needed to add the leg piece and few cables and nozzels. thats it. The only concern is that how long it lasts.. lol..

love this chair probably 1 of the best purchases ive ever made!!! only 1 thing i wished they would have made the remote control built in upright, but it does have a little pocket to hold it though an i slide my tv remote in there as well so it is convenient.ive placed it in my glam suite AN USE IT AS A PART OF MY DAILY ROUTINE!! I FEEL LIKE IM GOING TO THE SPA EVERYDAY!!

chair works well. but I came with two big puncture holes on each side of the legs. message company about it all they had to offer was a $50 refund. not good happy with that. it was a gift for someone and now I guess I'm gifting it with holes

Received chair today and the box was broken but got it inside and all the parts were their . We like it but the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was that the back of the chair is riped and so the head rest zipper doesn't close properly . I will be contacting them to see what they can do about it !

So the assembly was good. It was easy. The main problems we have with it is that it is too small. It's not for a man who is 5,8” weights 200 .the plug to the chair into the wall is loose have play with it for chair to turn on. The massage part ok but when you are not sitting in it right because it's small, you're probably not getting the full experience of it

Worst product ever. The arm continues to pop off due to horrible craftsmanship and screw quality. The inner metal bracket is bent, and this is the second time this happened requiring me to repack and return the 150 lb chair twice and wait 2 weeks for a refund. walmart and bosscare should be ashamed of their horrible product and treatment of customers. Bosscare management wont call me at all and will do nothing to fix this.

Received chair severely damaged. The company used FedEx and the FedEx's located in the Atlanta Georgia area suck ,they are lazy and lack customer service skills. Had a terrible experience with FedEx. Received the chair wrapped in plastic no box. I am sure that this is why it arrived damaged. Waiting for my refund. So buyers beware. 👎0 stars
