Order arrived on time, instructions were simple to understand

I was able to put the crystals in, place the hanger on the wall and hang the fireplace by myself. Slightly heavy to do it yourself. I'm 66 (female) and I do have alot of patience when doing things. It looks beautiful and I didn't have to move any furniture for this.

We love the look and quality of the fireplace!!! Love everything about it! I would love for it to have a true orange flame .

This is a great electronic fireplace at this price point. It provides multiple color options for flames and it is very esthetically pleasing. We haven't used the heater function as much, but I don't expect it to serve as a heater. I saw a few complaints that the flames are not as visible, and this problem is caused by too strong backlighting for glass pebbles: The light is too strong that the flames are being overshadowed. Unfortunately there's no way to control the intensity of the lighting but you can play around with different color options. The main difference between this versus other high end fireplaces are 1. “The screen real estate” - there's more portion of projecting screen. Some higher end products have smaller sleeves for heater functions. 2. Flames - the flames are more realistic and more prominent. I noticed that the backlighting is just enough or weak enough that flames are visible for those products. Overall, this will not give the look of the real fireplace, but a fancy flame projections. If that's what you're looking for, this might not be it. I was more into the “idea” of fireplace. 3. This had glass pebbles, others have fake woods. I personally like glass pebbles better. We've researched an electric fireplace at affordable price range without causing a headache and really struggled to narrow down to one since there are too many options. So far we are pretty satisfied and we haven't had much issue (knock on wood). One problem I personally have is that the backing came with a crease on one end, which reflects when flames are on. I don't know how to fix the issue other than replacing the entire unit. And I wish this has timer functions where I can set time (of note, it has a timer for up to 8 hours). I might buy a fire cracker sound box just for fun.

ordered this heater as a replacement to our old one. came quick however one side was dented in. glass was still intact and everything seemed to work fine so i didnt return. after installation and weeks of use i found it makes a unique yet repetitive sound while the "flames" dance/move.

Beautiful aesthetic added to the room. Colors are amazing. Heat output lower than expected but not sure if it's from the slightly damaged frame or not. Instructions for installing by mount method fairly simple. Not bulky and heavy 🙂

I was sold a repulica fire place!! This fire place is fake no electrical panel or stones just a frame I'm Mad I lost hundreds of dollars with an electrician Walmart is not checking their vendors I brought it; because Walmart sold it almost $500 on a piece of glass!!!

If I could give this electric fireplace a zero, I would. We have purchased 3 of these after returning the lasts one and every single one worked for one day, then stopped working. The only reason why we have continued to purchase this model is because we built the faux fireplace to this product's dimensions and would have to rebuild framing to use another fireplace. Also tried calling technical support and always get the “busy” signal. Save your money and don't buy this one.

it wasn't a pleasnt experience. bought recently and used hardly 2 times and it stopped working. reached out to company and its been 1 week no response. walmart can't also not help me.

flames don't look anything like it's advertised. very small and can't differentiate between the colors. picture shows flames on highest setting.
