To begin, this is the pivotal mounting base I chose for hanging our new 65 inch LG - 2025 television. The mounting frame in question here is perfect! I love it so much. It pivots with ease. We mounted it directly to our living room wall. My son-in-law helped me install it. Perfect! The mounting frame in question here effortlessly pulls out with ease. My wife needs to pull it away from the wall every morning after she up to begin her day with crossword puzzles. We are easily able to angle our "LG UHD AI - 65" UA75" approximately 35 - 40 degrees with ease. So I hope you choose this mounting assembly if you want 2026 to put a smile on your face every day. Exemplary build quality with perfect instructions and included tools. having a magnetic level PACKED IN was a nice surprise. The range of motion available for viewing angles is so useful! Everything was oacked well and almost completely assembled. Top marks! If I gave lne negative point it is that the forward tilt requires a tool and not an easier tumb release incremental stop. But, thats a minor quibble of a magnificent product. Thanks!

Extremely nice tv wall mount for the price!! The mount is very sturdy and comes with all the necessary hardware to install correctly and efficiently.

Very easy to install. Very sturdy. I did switch out the screws though. They were the flat top screws and it didn't come with a tool to help with using so I switched out with a philips screw top so I could use my drill.

The instructions are clear, and the material appears to be of good quality. The most important aspect for me, and what initially worried me, was how to attach it to my concrete wall. I used the drill bits specified in the manual, and when I was inserting the anchors and screws, it felt very secure—tight but not overly forced.

Too pricey. Not a great fit for new homes that don't have close studs. So it makes it hard to apply it the way intended in these new homes not built worth a darn.

Very easy to assemble the pieces together and it has a wall mounting stencil and level to make sure you get it right. I took 1 star off because I had to provide my own socket wrench to secure the mount to the wall. Other than that, it's very sturdy and holds my 55” tv.

Paid to have it installed They did unit does not work as ot should.Marked my wall can't get it off.it wad hung at 40 inc.was to be 45..This was installed by Angi people.

I purchased this installation service as a gift for a client who had just purchased her first home. The technician pulled the outlet from the wall and left exposed wires, covered with tape. He then asked my client a lot of questions about her living alone and if she had roommates or not. Finally, he asked for a tip, which she gave him through Zelle, which he took advantage of and began texting her, asking her what she did for fun. She finally blocked him. So not only was this installation done poorly but the technician was highly inappropriate and made my client feel extremely uncomfortable. Two thumbs way down!

Your survey just like your customer service is lacking in some areas…. My frustration is not that I didn't find the product or the quality of the product. You should have a “non applicable “ category to your list in the survey. My frustration is the lack of customer support and the lack of communication about when to expect the delivery of the product. I still don't have any feedback from Walmart and will most likely dispute the charge on my credit card when it appears on my statement
