This is an excellent product. I slept like a baby. That is saying something for me. Unfortunately I wake up around 4 a.m. if I take it twice, again when I wake up in early morning, it doesn't work as well and I rarely get back to sleep. The other drawback is that it is very expensive and doesn't last very long. It's only a one ounce bottle. I do plan on re-ordering but this time I will reserve it for really difficult nights. Most of Botanic Choice liquid herbs are of superior quality and strength.

eh,taste terrible, price abit high,dont really feel benefits of it

I was disappointed that the expiration date 1-2022 on this product was less than 3 months from when I received it in late November. When I called Botanic Choice who shipped this item, I was told that this product is designed to be used in 7 days time and therefore that expiration date gave me plenty of time to use it. What if it had been a Christmas gift? I was also told that I could contact Walmart for a refund or replacement.
