Holy Basil, Yes!
This is my first time buying holy basil and it actually does what it says. It took 4 days for me to see results. I'm usually up until 2 am. Since i started taking this supplement i have been going to bed at 8pm! I have alot of energy too! I highly recommend this product!

Works immediately
I have anxiety issues between MS and menopause. Hate the side effects with prescription medications, so I decided to try this supplement that I heard about from my brother who is a nurse. Worked immediately the first day I started taking it!

It's named correctly. Holy good
Reduces stress. I stopped taking for a while and missed it. So starting again. Also great tea by Tulsi.
