Out of many different brands — Boudreaux's was the only one to effectively treat the rash! Not only that, but it didn't have a strong “rash cream” scent either — especially this type!! I love this! With my first baby 6yrs ago original yellow tube butt paste was where it was at! This natural aloe version is even better! It is more of a white color vs tan color Of the original. It gets the job done great on my month old and will be buying again, this is my go to cream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the best butt paste I've used on my kid. I usually only have to apply it twice in a day and the redness is gone. It's a thick paste which is good. It can stain fabrics tho so be careful and do it on a safe surface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second purchase of Boudreaux's Butt Paste. Our kids dont often get diaper rash, but when they do this stuff clears it up almost instantly! It is very thick and close to a toothpaste consistency (with the scent). The cream coats the bottom very easily and REALLY helps! We usually apply a large amount and let the diaper smash it into place!

Because it works so well, it lasts forever because I don't need to use it very often and when I do it clears up my baby's rash in like one day. Packaging is pretty standard, easy to use. Not very scented which is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This but paste is amazing! My daughter had a horrible diaper rash from diarrhea, this paste helped clear it up so much. It has a thick texture, that coats the skin very well and no crying from burning. I would HIGHLY recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried several creams for our baby's diaper rash, but none worked as fast and effective as Boudreaux's Butt Paste. In a matter of hours there was already a great improvement, and in less than two days the irritation had almost completely disappeared. It has a thick texture that creates an excellent protective barrier, but it is applied and cleaned with relative ease. It does not have a strong fragrance, which we also appreciate because our baby's skin is very sensitive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brand is my favorite cream to help treat minor diaper rash. It's so creamy, it spreads easily on my baby's skin. I actually really liked the aloe in it because it helps soothe the irritated area as well. I treat the rash overnight with this paste and by the next day it's gone. For more severe rashes, I treat it differently but my baby's rashes are usually mild and I can treat them with this paste.

I like ingredients, and that it's petroleum free and free from dyes, talc and other preservatives. My baby didn't have any issues with it. It does seem thicker than Destin as well. I had never tried this version of their butt paste, but I think it works great to treat and prevent rashes.
