I think the Bounty Essentials Paper Towels Select-A-Size 6 Double Rolls are pretty good overall, especially for the price. I like the Select-A-Size feature because I don’t always need a full sheet, so it helps me not waste paper. They work well for everyday messes like wiping down counters, cleaning up small spills, and quick kitchen clean-ups. They’re not as thick or strong as the regular Bounty paper towels, so for bigger or heavier spills I might need to use more than one sheet. But for basic, everyday use, they get the job done. Overall, I think they’re a solid option if you want something affordable and reliable for daily cleaning.
I finally found my favorite product (Bounty) that is affordable to me. I am disabled and get paid once a month so it is difficult to manage my money due to everything being increased and i feel that most of them use Covid-19 %26 now Tarriff. But these are affordable, at least for now. I hope the company does not increase it as it is only papertowels, but a reliable brand.
I'm pretty sure Bounty only sells this product to drive people to their more expensive ones. These towels are so thin, non-absorbent and miserable that you have to use two of them to do the job of one. Total false economy. You're better off buying the equally terrible Great Value brand ones, as at least those are cheap.
Bounty has always been my go to. These were a laugh at triple rolls.they are loosely wound and before company’s started using whatever excuse they use to make less product and make more money is getting tired. I will find cheaper rolls that will work as good as this unqualified item as useless
This was the first time that I purchased Bounty Essentials. Overall they were not exactly what I had expected. Too thin compared to the regular Bounty rolls. I am sure I can use them, even though they seem a bit overpriced for the quality. The price of paper products such as these two items including toilet paper rolls have become so much. Nevertheless, I am not dissatisfied with the purchase, as they do serve the purpose.
This isn’t a Walmart problem but these paper towels SUCK and not in a good way. They are NOT double rolls and they are really thin! Definitely won’t be buying these again. Walmart and Sam’s club are owned by same ppl. Why don’t you have Members Mark? Way better quality and I can get 15 double rolls for less than $20! Smh🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
These are a TERRIBLE value. Yes, they are a little cheaper but they are a near useless from an absorption or durability standpoint. Before 2025 I purchased Bounty Mega rolls despite their cost. This year I could no longer afford them so I began buying off brand competitors with varying success. When I noticed Bounty Essentials I was excited! I thought surely these would be perfect. I WAS WRONG!!! One piece of Bounty Essentials can clean up/hold about a teaspoon of liquid. The paper towels I previously used held over 4 times the volume (about 1 1/2 tablespoons or 4 1/2 teaspoons) per sheet. In that comparison I’m using one sheet of select-a-size in both tests. If you like thin dinky paper towels, go ahead and give these a try. If, however, you are a busy parent, you’re on a budget, and you’re looking to save money by buying these, I STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere. These are practically useless. I’m so annoyed at Bounty that I don’t even want their better towels. After 30 years of buying Bounty I’m changing brands completely.
never again. they are cheap, thin, and terrible. not saving much when they can't be used to wipe up a mess. just stick with regular Bounty. Absorbency is a thing when it comes to paper towels.
Essentials these are NOT, buy ANYTHING ELSE! Disappointing, what a waste of money - - these are neither GOOD VALUE nor GOOD QUALITY! Thin flimsy non-absorbant 1-ply with uneven tearing that transfers a linty residue. It takes 3x the amount of paper towels to clean up any spill. Wow cannot believe anyone is scoring this product as 5 stars!!! AND do note that the Bounty callous responses to concerned legitimate customer feedback and complaints are to state that: "...Bounty Essentials are designed to be a GOOD QUALITY at a GOOD PRICE..." And Bounty CSV responding remedy is to "...try our Regular rolls in the green labels..." Bottom line is that Bounty is not delivering on their promise of providing an item of "a GOOD QUALITY at a GOOD PRICE" --- the whole point is customers buying this product are attempting to stretch limited money where they can today... -- yet a TRUSTED brand manufacturer has not fully delivered on an advertised/marketing promise for this product.
I’ve never been much of a “name brand” buyer, except when it comes to paper towels. Well, and toilet paper. But I have always bought Bounty because I consider it to be the best quality. And if you have to use twice as many cheap paper towels to get the same result as one Bounty paper towel, then you’re saving money in the long run to buy Bounty from the get-go. The huge rolls don’t fit on my standing paper towel holder, so I thought I would try this version. What a.HUGE disappointment!!!! I guess “essentials” really means “cheap and thin as tissue paper”. I will never ever buy this version again!!
