I thought that the 210Lbs were not going to be enough for me but because of the way it uses resistance instead of weight it's perfect for my wife and I to work on toning our bodies!
It is very user friendly and it comes with a manual that is very handy for beginners since it gives you routines and graphic explanation of how to use it and gives you an idea of how to organize your routines. Material is easy to clean and it seems very resistant.
Very happy with the product.
It was much easier to install that I thought it would be. Lots of different types of exercises which is great. The bench seat does is not stable (at least I am not able to figure out how to stabilize it). Wish there were more exercises to use the leg lifts with. For the price and the convenience, I am happy with it.
I am 57 years old, obese with chronic health conditions. I purchased this piece to mainly strengthen muscles that were not used due to osteoarthritis pain, not to mention being quarantined upon the couch watching TV and eating Little Debbie snacks for over a year. I wanted gain my mobility back and I knew I had to start slow, strengthening my muscles. I can't do much walking but this helps build energy so I can do more a little bit at a time. This piece replaces 5-pieces of gym equipment and does not require a lot room. The weight limit is 350 but I can tell you I'm well over that and thus far, no problems. It's sturdy and the quality is good. It took a minute for me to be able to get on/off but since using this, my leg muscles have strengthened and is now easier to lift leg to get on/off the machine. I was able to purchase this for $499 before the price hike to $700; and I paid $89 for assembly. This was a good investment for my health. I'll probably upgrade and sell this one once I gain my strength and mobility back.
Does the job. Minus 1 star: without the bench the vertical bar is not firmly attached to the base.
fed ex is the worst delivery service, make sure to have yoru own tools, the tools provided to assemble dont help with the screws. Machine works okay, not worth the money, should be cheaper
Had a bowflex power pro for 18 years. I loved it. It was so simple to use. One of the cables broke and the seat was scrapping on metal. So it was time to get a new one. Figured this one would be be simple to use too. Wrong! Its a nightmare trying to figure it out. When the cable goes back it makes a loud noise. The seat gets stuck when in the row position. Why did you mess with perfection?
The springs are not balanced properly feel difference in pulling strength. it is very inconvenient to use. and it keeps shaking even after adjusting the base several times.
This is a review concerning the delivery of my Bowflex. It was delivered to my neighbor's house and she and I can't move it together. I am having to get someone to come over and move the box to my house so I can open it and carry pieces into my shop. I will update this review once I get it setup and use it a few times.
