I find this to be a very good low sugar, high protein option. I purchased the chocolate brownie, and decided to repurchase along with cookies and cream. I do feel it mixes better with coconut milk as opposed to water because I do make my shakes in my ninja blender. It seems to be a little more filling than some of the other shakes I've used. I actually found this looking at possibly doing a keto based diet, although last summer I started cutting my sugar. At almost 57 years old I'm trying to stay as healthy as possible and I feel like this helps. I don't know if it's really impacted my work out yet but I definitely feel like the nutrition in the shake is top notch.

I got the cookie and brownie flavor but I couldn't pick what one is better because they are both so yummy. The flavor is unlike any other brand I have tried in the past but this is just another reason I only use BPI products now. My muscles love this stuff and I can tell a difference since I have started using this.

I got the Brownie flavor and it'Äôs the best tasting protein I have ever bought. It is also super thin and not filling at all so it'Äôs perfect for a pre or post workout shake.

Hard to evaluate the product before I've used most of it and been able to track the results but no issues with the process thus far.

Honestly ISO HD is amazing! The quality of this product is amazing and seriously have an amazing taste! This chocolate brownie flavor taste really like if i was deinking a regular milkshake! Its amazing and i always look forward to drink it! Protein is essential in my workouys and ever since i tried this, i just fell inlove with it! Totaly recomend it to anyone interested on using it! Great product taste amazing I recommend blending it because it didn'Äôt mix well in shaker.

Does not taste very good. Used it with milk to try and get it to be better.It is hard to blend. It continues to have little chunks in it.

I absolutely loved the chocolate brownie flavor that was my intro to bpi supplements, but it was sold out when it was time to replace my 5lbs so I had to buy the cookies and cream. It is nothing like the chocolate brownie - it's chalky, tastes bad, and does not mix well at all....very hard to choke down. I have tried a few times and still hate it :(
