Do the Math

Geoffrey May 28, 2025

This is a huge advance in quality and looks from Brahma, from a year ago. Last year I purchased a frumpy pair in-store, and the soles cracked and delaminated from the upper in 9 months. The new boots appear to be better quality and contour. Timberline charges $125 for a similar boot....Brahmas are $35. The comfort is the same with a thick sock. Timberline lasts 2 years, and Brahma lasts 1 year under hard abuse.......you do the mathmatics.

Excellent safety boots

Melissa January 31, 2026

These boots are well made and look expensive. Normally my son wears a 10 1/2. We had to downsize just a tad and go with a size 10. He is very impressed so far. He does a lot of volunteer construction and work that requires steel toe boots for safety. He would highly recommend these boots.

These boots were very light. I was not expecting that. Had a very nice look to them for the price. The size were very comfortable. Felt like a cushion couch hey but this is our first impression. I didn't wear it on the work yet so don't just go off of hard work shoes yet, but I feel first impression I think these shoes were the bang for the buck so guess what you should try them. Good luck boys. Very nice look to them for the price. The size were very comfortable. Felt like a cushion couch hey but this is our first impression. theyre good boots if you dont use them for work. The last ones i bought at about the 2-3 month mark just came apart ,like the glue failed all at once . and the fake leather or whatever it is just cant hold up especially on the toe area . I install flooring for a living so i put them to the test believe me .

cheap light duty safety boots

Jason July 23, 2026

Shoelace hook broke on the first day. The hooks are molded or cast, not spring steel like normal work boots. Obviously no good for heavy-duty environment, but if you spend most of your time driving with only occasional hazards, these might still be ok for you. Just be careful with those shoelace hooks!

2nd time buying these shoes. I thought the were good at 1st or maybe this purchase was a defect. They both had holes at the tip of the steel toe area in the exact same spot. Had worn them for a full month. In fact only wore them on rainy days I can’t recommend these steel toe shoes. Don’t waste your money, spend more money for a quality pair of steel toe shoes.

Ouch…

Charles March 22, 2026

This might not be something that others have experienced, but there are firm/sharp parts on the inside that press against my ankle bones which makes it difficult to walk. I work in a warehouse and have to walk long distances back-and-forth, and by the end of the day, my ankles are killing me. Every step becomes a challenge on its own. The problematic part is where the tongue connects to the rest of the shoe. I made an attempt to resolve the issue by stuffing fabric into my socks to protect the bone, but that didn’t work. The aspects of the shoes that I did really appreciate is how well it grips the floor, and how solid and sturdy they are. But I just can’t walk around with shoes that cause pain.

Boots Come Apart

Daniel July 12, 2025

I wore these boots for 3 weeks when the right boots glue failed and the sole started separating from the top part of the boot! I went to start a return and it said the boots were not eligible for return! I called 1-800-walmart and asked to return them and was told it had been too long and I could not return them. I said, it's only been 3 three and the return window was 3 months. They said, oh, your right, I will escalate this to our account review department who will email you within 48 hours. I waited 48 hours and did not receive an email. I called back and they said they would escalate this to a higher level and I would get an email within 4 hours. I did not receive an email. I called back one more time and this time I did receive an email asking me to respond back to this email to provide more information, so I responded back to this email with the SAME information I had already given them to begin with!! I then received an email back saying that Walmart does not monitor this email address!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE WITH RETURNING AN ITEM TO WALMART!!

these boots used to be high quality now they tore from the bottoms at exactly 14 days. i threw the box away so i figured Walmart wouldnt honor an exchange without it. save your money and buy something else, the quality has gone downhill, so cheaply made now
