Braun Silk-epil 3 3-270, Epilator for Women for Long-Lasting Hair Removal

So good. Got it for my face but I also use it on my legs. I've waxed and tweezed for years and this is so much easier. A little louder than the former but that's not my top concern for an item like this. Easy to disinfect and clean. Ten times easier than tweezing, waxing, or shaving I cannot stress this enough! Had to go in and detail with tweezers but about the same amount I had to after wax. PCOS girlies GET!

I love this one! I wish I would have had it earlier. I like its grip; how easy it is to use and clean this one. I can literally open the shaver head completely to clean it with the brush they have provided. Even the chord is a length that comes with it. The only thing I noticed with this one was sometimes the light on the epilator does not start on the first setting and I have to push it to the second setting and then push the button back to 1. But otherwise, this device is a total value for money.

I dont know why I didn't start epilating sonner. Much less painful %26 time-consuming than waxing. This epilater seems to be high quality for the price.

Although I see complaining that this hurts or goes too fast, I have had three over the past 15 years, none of which have died, I only replaced them for a new tweezers in the head. Yes, it is an epilator so it does pull your hair a.k.a. there will be a little bit of stinging when you first start using it. After some time it does not hurt on my neck and facial areas. I have had a few ingrown hairs, but again when you were pulling hair out by the follicle, this will happen on occasion.. I noticed the ingrown hairs are worse on my legs, but I do not use it very often on my legs… only during the summertime which reduces my shaving to once a week max and only removing a few scraggly hairs that popped through, nothing like regular shaving. So if you're looking for something that works longer-term, is fast and cheaper then buying wax or bleach or razors, it's perfect but you do have a little sting while using in the beginning. I would definitely recommend this over any type of waxing or shaving.. waxing literally hurts more and shaving only allows the hair come back tomorrow. I use this product on face, neck, and legs.

To be clear: it is easy to use and highly effective removing the hair. The model fits easily in my hand, and the only spot I had difficulty using it on was a tiny portion of my armpits. WITH THAT SAID, this item is NOT for people with a low pain tolerance. Epilating (non-permanent hair removal, which is what this device is for) is painful, and I say that as someone with a high pain tolerance. Legs - Least painful (sides, thighs) Arms and legs - somewhat painful but tolerable (both sides of arms, back of legs and at the knee front and back) Armpits - PAINFUL. It didn't make me scream but I FELT it in my BONES. I was able to get through it by going in small sections. Did not use it on my bikini line or face. I knew before I bought this that it would be painful to some degree, but I knew I also have a high pain tolerance, so it was worth it. Even if my armpits had been too painful to complete, the fact I could do my arms and legs made it well worth it to me. :)

the cord is long. it works as soon as you plug it in. i don't have to use it very offen the hair does not grow back as quick. very good product so far.

It works! Removes hair at the follicle. Does everything it’s supposed to do. I used it on my legs, arms, and armpits. But as with every epilator, there are inherent cons ive learned. This is my first time using one so I don’t know everything but it did cause me a histamine reaction (common I hear), it doesn’t get every hair first try but it prolongs the time before the next hair removal session (might not be efficient enough for you), and it’s painful (not so much for me but i know people with lower pain tolerances will suffer lol). I’ve heard it also causes ingrowns but what doesn’t lol. Also, during my second use I noticed that the light seemed to flicker on and off. You have to keep it plugged in while in use instead of charging it. But overall, it did work and I don’t regret my purchase. I would recommend doing research on it tho before buying one.

It's perfect for the price, nothing amazing I guess. The thing I don't understand is why do they claim you'll have 4 weeks of smooth skin?….no way! I go probably 3 days and I need to retouch my legs, better than shaving yea which you more likely have to do daily or every other day. I've own an epilator from a different brand before so it's not new to me.

This epilator is not worth it. I am very disappointed. It doesn't remove the hair very well, and it's also very rough on the skin. It's also loud, it is not rechargeable. You must keep it plugged in when using it. I'm taking it back. Don't waste your money.

This is NOT CORDLESS as advertised. I read the specifications for this product where it was clearly stated that this is cordless. It is not. It requires for it to be plugged. I am so disappointed in Braun that they would try to fool their customers like. It was intended as a gift for someone who needed a cordless product. What an embarrassment
