I love this product it helps me breath. The membranes in my nose swell with all the pollen in the air, but when I put on the Breathe Right it opens up my nose and I can breath again.
My husband uses these every night so he's able to breathe better and not snore as much. They have helped him tremendously and help me sleep better as well.
People worry about nightly use of the strips will leave a permanent mark on their nose. My advice is to get the clear strips as they adhere sufficiently but not a problem to remove. The instructions (!) on how to place the strip on your nose are excellent and really important to take note of! The use of hot water to ease removal is spot on and treating the nose with soap and water a bit helps too. The strips have helped my breathing tremendously, even if snoring is not a big issue, breathing out of both nostrils IS, especially if you have had your nose broken :)
Really helps with congestion and normal snoring. Allows to stop being a mouth breather because the nasal airway is open enough to breathe properly when using these strips. Been using them for over a year.
Quick Delivery. Great communication from placing order to receiving order. Love the great communication when order ships to email confirming product delivered to your house. Fits well, does not irritate skin on nose like other brands of Nasal Strips.
Without the Breathe Right Strips, I would not be able to sleep at night. I have a deviated septum on my right side, and being able to breathe clearer is like a miracle! I use the clear strips because they are gentler on my sensitive skin. My one suggestion to anyone using Breathe Right Strips is to be sure you use an astringent on your nose to remove any excess oil. This enables the strips to adhere to your nose better. Also, when applying them, I place them on my nose, then rub them across and to the sides gently to form a more secure bond.
I've been using Breath Right strips at night for years. I have narrow nasal passages and these strips help open enough for better sleep. I've found that the Breath Right strips adhere well and believe the clear strips are much easier to remove than the tan ones. When I do remove the clear strips, I use plenty of water on my nose to help loosen the adhesive from my nose.
It's too bad this variety must be SPECIAL ORDERED now--it used to be readily available. But for reasons unknown, the manufacturer seems to submit the ones in the green box instead. They are shorter, and are fewer in a box than these. These work far better for me than the brown ones, which stick too tight, and cause skin irritation when removed, leaving it tender and sore--especially when using these night after night (after removing the old one, of course). The only other place I've been able to find these now, are on Ebay, typically at a higher price. Wal-Mart is the way to go, but I wish they'd stock them on the shelves, instead of forcing consumers to special order them.
Ive had trouble breathing at night for a few years. Age and weight gain makes it worse. As soon as these were available I started buying them. They helped me tremendously. Recently I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and prescribed a CPap. I stopped them temporarily but went back to them. They hold your nostrils open and you can breathe more deeply. They wont stop snoring but they will help you breathe. You must make sure your nose is clean and dry so they will stick properly.
helps to sleep without snoring
