I love the Brella windshield sun shade. I received it just in time for our extremely hot weather. My SUV gets very hot inside without the sun shade. Although it was still quite warm on the inside it was much cooler than the temperature outside. The only thing I had trouble was putting it back into the pouch that came with it. Otherwise it is a great product. Easy to put up.

I live in Arizona where we get into the triple digits of heat. My nephew back in Illinois raved about this product, I read reviews where they were both good and bad but i thought I'd at least try it...what do I have to lose as I could always return it. Today was my 1st day trying it and it's 107° out.... I LOVE IT!!!! My car wasn't hot inside and I was able to touch the steering wheel!!!! I have a SUV and had no issues at all although I wish it was just about 1 inch longer at each end. I see the price here online is a few dollars cheaper than what I paid in the store!

The Brella Shield is hard to get open. It does cover the windshield but no better than the traditional accordion covers. When closed it is bulky and I have yet to put it back into its sleeve so it stays on the car floor. There is no way you can use this an umbrella since when open it is completely flat. I do not recommend this product.

We have a small suv and it fits in there. I bought it for my husband's truck but it was too small. The handle gets hot when you try to close it. If I had to do it over, I'd pass on this kind of sunshade. It's awkward also because of the metal pieces, like an umbrella when you try to put the sun flaps down to hold the shade in.

This is the most awkward thing to handle. There is no way I can get this to fit between the dash and mirror. Doesn't open right or stay open. I was not allowed to return this so I am really upset. Save your money and buy the cheap sun shields. I tossed this in the trash and am out the $17

well I thought this would be great I have so much trouble keeping others sunshades up they want to fall down that this is the worst purchase I've ever bought because the first time I opened it up and was going to use it it came apart. thought that I could put it back together no way it was broke and it was broke for good. paid over three times as much for this as you would any other and now it's in the trash

I thought this was an ingenious product, so much that I bought another for my husband. Although the ease of use was great the longevity of the product is not. We used both shields for approximately 15 times in the hot summer months. Yes they did keep the autos cooler than most and the design was easy to use but both broke at the same spot. The spot where the umbrella meets the pole. I have tried reaching out to the maker of Brella Shield and all I got was a description of the product. I would buy it again if I could be assured that the problem we had with the two previously purchased had been updated and revised. But buyer beware they do not last long before breaking.
