I’ve been fascinated with the Titanic since the wreck was discovered, not just the ship itself but the whole story behind it, the people, the wreck, everything. So when I picked this up, I was honestly just hoping it would be decent. It ended up being way more enjoyable than I expected. Putting it together was actually really relaxing. It’s not overly complicated, which I appreciated because it lets you focus more on the shape and design of the ship rather than struggling with tiny frustrating pieces. As someone who enjoys building things, it hit that sweet spot where it’s engaging but not stressful. What really made this stand out for me is how recognizable it is once finished. Even though it’s a smaller foam model, it captures the look of the Titanic in a way that just makes you smile if you’re into the history. Sitting it on a shelf, it immediately stands out and feels like a nice little tribute to something I’ve spent a lot of time learning about. For anyone who has even a mild interest in the Titanic, or just enjoys building models, this is a really satisfying piece. It genuinely made my day putting it together. Hope this helps!
My plan is to pair this model ship kit with a book with lots of pictures and facts about the Titanic's voyage and demise. This will make an interesting gift for a young person I know.
You came through on everything including delivery. We first ordered it through Amazon and ended up receiving sweater. How hard can it be to get us the right thing? From here on out we'll be choosing you over Amazon.
It was a birthday gift for my 6yr old, he is in a stage of wanting to know more about the titanic. He started to build paper modals of the titanic and this was the closet to the Titanic that he can build and not be so bulky! He loved it!!! It does sink in the tub! lol no iceberg included.
I bought this as a gift for my grandson. when he received it he put it toghter right away. He loved it. Thank you!
came late but toy itself will have to be a present for a later time but looks like it will be extremely fun.
My son loves it and it’s a great pastime.
Purchased for my eight year old. He loved it. Built it in one evening. A realistic look to the ship, it is a smaller scale than what I originally had thought. But he was happy-so in return, so was I.
Small but still a little hard in Lego style.
its not what it said it was
