Brickhouse Security GPS Car Tracker - Hidden Tracker for Vehicles - Long Lasting Battery 140-Day LTE GPS Tracking Device for Vehicles with Magnetic Case & Extended Battery - Subscription Required

It's actually great and I was able to conceal it in the trunk like camouflage it with the other black stuff attached to the roof of the trunk. The location was always on point. Completely inconspicuous. You have to charge it when you first get it and get a membership but it's a very simple process. Get the app on your phone so you can track the gps from your phone.

I brought this tracker to track a rental trailer. After considering many other trackers, I pulled the trigger on this Spark Nano 7 with the larger battery bundle. I have not been disappointed with the device. Accurately tracks the trailer and with the extended battery definitely will last a while. Currently on the 60 minute plan but plan to step up to the 30 minute plan in due time. Definitely recommend!! Worked with Kelvin on a subscription question I was having and in no time he had an answer for me! Their text message customer support option is flawless.

I recently bought the device and as the description shows, the quality is top notch and the battery maintains power very well. The app was easy to install and easy to navigate. I needed support to set up initially and Trish was super helpful to get me started. Very happy with the device and tech support!

I would recommend this GPS to anyone. The battery on this one lasts a lot longer than the regular device. However, it's a lot longer than it appears but still a great choice. Kelvin was a great representative who helped in assisting me with activation.

I purchased this device because of its impressive battery life, and the fact that both the battery and tracker come with a weatherproof case. Setting up the device on my phone using the app and on my PC with the web-based program was simple and straightforward. So far, the GPS tracking has been very accurate. When I needed assistance with activating my new device, Airish responded quickly via live chat and helped me complete the activation within minutes. Highly recommended product!

I like the accuracy of this tracker. Also really like having the reports and tracks options. This gives you accurate location monitoring. I would recommend this product to anyone needing to monitor their teenage drivers. It also shows you the MPH which is really nice when monitoring my daughter's driving. I contacted tech support via chat and instantly got a reply and Kelvin resolved my issue in a matter of minutes.

I purchased this device and needed help configuring it. Airish from BrickHouse support was very patient, kind, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. She provided me guidance on the support for the subscriptions and made my experience a lot more enjoyable.

I purchased 2 asset trackers, and they worked better than I imagined. The platform to view the vehicles is simple and easy to understand without any learning curve. When I needed to add another device to the account, the rep, Mervin, was very helpful and took care of the device setup, billing, and activation. Mervin was very helpful and professional. The units have a great battery life and an indicator to let you know the amount of battery left. Great purchase!

UPDATE: Jaimee (the manager at Brickhouse) reached out to us and offered to expedite ship an extended battery and gave us a refund on the period of time the battery was dead. She was very professional and helpful, which made us update the review as the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.Original review: Battery lasted less than a month and it died while the app said it was at 35% so either we got a faulty product or company is falsely advertising the battery life.

Bought device, set up was fine, tracking is not straight forward and most times the app malfunctions. Anyway the most disappointing part was I secured the device on my car but just 2 weeks during use the tracker disappeared! I tried relocating the tracker because it was active but despite arriving to the shown location, it was no where to be found! I called customer service and they were very unhelpful. In fact the man I spoke with on the phone made it clear he was not willing to help unless I intended to purchase a new device as it's not their fault! Their adverts and describes how strong the magnet is but mine did not even stick long enough to last 2 weeks !I already had a running 3 months subscription. Days later, they sold me a smaller version of this device but the problem now is the frequent battery charging! It was such a waste of money
