I brought this tracker to track a rental trailer. After considering many other trackers, I pulled the trigger on this Spark Nano 7 with the larger battery bundle. I have not been disappointed with the device. Accurately tracks the trailer and with the extended battery definitely will last a while. Currently on the 60 minute plan but plan to step up to the 30 minute plan in due time. Definitely recommend!! Worked with Kelvin on a subscription question I was having and in no time he had an answer for me! Their text message customer support option is flawless.

The accuracy of this product is great. With the extended battery pack the battery life is excellent, has been in use for almost 2 weeks, and only used 10%. We are using the Brickhouse to keep track of parents with some dementia issues. Agent who assisted me today was Czarmaine. Thank you Czarmaine!

Ive hit a few bumps and rechecked and it hasnt moved. The tracking is pretty accurate. Make sure when you position the tracker on car its close as possible tot he edge of the vehicle facing down. To close , being able to text customer service rep ( Czarmaine) for immediate help, Im definitely a lifelong customer now

I have been using this on my truck for about 3 years now, gives me a sense of security knowing where my truck is at all times. Product works great. I lost my charger once and let them know and they sent a new one promptly and no charge. More recently I needed assistance with gaining access to my account and I received a text and a quick chat with a knowledgeable employee, I was able to resolve my issues. Happy Customer will continue using this service for years to come.

Tracker is a Nano 7 used with Brickhouse Security subscription. Base price $29.99 per month, no contract so cancel anytime. I was very impressed on how well that it did. Very accurate so far.

Bought device, set up was fine, tracking is not straight forward and most times the app malfunctions. Anyway the most disappointing part was I secured the device on my car but just 2 weeks during use the tracker disappeared! I tried relocating the tracker because it was active but despite arriving to the shown location, it was no where to be found! I called customer service and they were very unhelpful. In fact the man I spoke with on the phone made it clear he was not willing to help unless I intended to purchase a new device as it's not their fault! Their adverts and describes how strong the magnet is but mine did not even stick long enough to last 2 weeks !I already had a running 3 months subscription. Days later, they sold me a smaller version of this device but the problem now is the frequent battery charging! It was such a waste of money
