Works well
Really intense. I chew up half a tablet. I use senna tea as well. Definitely drink plenty of water with this - and I think it's important to crush or chew it - but it works well and is all natural.

They almost work too good!
I live with severe IBSC - I prefer to take senna to chemicals, etc, as I need them often. That is NOT the case with these! They almost work too good! Use with caution - if you have only the occasional need, start with one tablet till you see how they work for/on you! I believe these will last longer than any other senna product I've used in years.
