Quality Product!
These are quality doorknob sets. I have them for closet and bed/bath doors. The quality is in the material, feel, appearance, and mechanism itself. The only thing that I would change is the finish on the strike plate. it looks more chrome than brushed nickel but still blends well with everything. I also saved $$$ by ordering online and free same day delivery!

Non-Turn Treasures
These were a good value, came in quickly and now look great on our doors. They were so easy to install, it took less than a half hour to install six of them and that included time to clean the doors after removing the hold knobs and installing the new ones.

Headache! It didn't come with the right screws
it came with the wrong screws! out of 4 none were the same. I would buy Brinks again even with issue. I worked to change the lock for nearly an hour. I called for help. He brought another new lock with him. He had the same problem. He tool the screws out of the lock that he brought. Immediately it worked. That shows the screws that came with mine were the problem.

Horrible product.
product broke within six days. The mechanism to open the door had broken and I was locked in my room. overall it worked great the first five days but then broke. maybe it was just my product that i had bought
