The outside part of the lock is metal and nice. The inside part (inside the house) is plastic. That's fine; to be expected with the great price but would have been willing to pay a little more for at least the turn knob inside to be metal. Other than that I have no complaints. I'm a 57 hr old female and installed in 1 hr (inlc uninstalling original deadbolt, installing new one, and setting up with App) I was slow and methodical with installation being careful to do it right the first time. For those saying it doesn't work,... it's possible it was not plugged in properly. There is a right and wrong way AND you have to be careful to push it all the way in. Mine was hard to push in properly and I had to futz with it for a little bit; pull it out and push it in again hard but carefully to make sure the plug was seated correctly. Other than that is was easy if you pay attention to the directions. I also founda video on you tube that was super helpful. This replaced a Schlage keypad/lock that was 15 years old.

I love this smart lock it can be controlled through your phone, you can lock and unlock your door. It can store several pass codes for different people in the house And you can set it to lock automatically on its own after several minutes. I was sold! You can also get notified lock and unlock with your Alexa account!

I really love this lock! It has lots of ways to customize it I love assigning different codes for friends %26 family the auto lock option is great too! It is a bit of a battery hog I just suggest rechargeable batteries. If the battery or WiFi isn't working it has a manual key too! Love it %26 had it quite a while now

This is a product that is perfect for me. I set up Alexa in my house as the smart hub, and was able to connect it fairly easily . Ease of use of their app however, is just as simple, assign codes to certain visitors , time limits, etc.... all easy to use. My favorite part of this model is the numbers are very visible, even in bright sun light. This is essential when needing to enter with code instead of pressing the unlock button on your app. Other models I've tried had hard to read, very dull type numbers to enter. This is a lot better.

I love the convenience of this. I can get into my home. Fast, especially ladies, if you are always dropping things and trying to grab the keys and trying to get in or you can't do it quick enough. You can unlock the door from the phone. So ladies, you will love this and you don't need a subscription. To work it, I've had no problem with it. As long as you properly close it, the door Wolf lock unlock. Does everything that it's supposed to do the pin? Pad works in love it five stars

The unit we replaced was the Kwikset Obsidian. It looked really nice but it was not functional. This unit installed in 12 minutes including downloading the app and setting up the features. It can be used with the touch pad, key or app so very convenient. So far, I am impressed for the price.

Exactly what I was looking for. I'm able to lock and unlock my door from the mobile app, and you don't need a wifi connector like the ones from Amazon.

I like the price and that it is easy to install and to use. The app is also user-friendly, and you can unlock on command and assign multiple lock codes. I wish it had a quicker lock feature, though. My last lock just required a quick press of a button. This lock requires a long hold at the door.

Difficult to use. Was going to use it for a rental but guests would never figure it out. The engineer that designed this should be fired!! KISS= keep it simple stupid.Why not have a lock and unlock button? Have to tap screen to wake up and it may or may not count as a number.
