Brinks Resettable 3-Dial Combination Padlock, 28mm Aluminum Body with 1in Shackle

Seems to be a decent lock. Numbers are a bit hard to read. Similar lock available under different names this one just happened to be branded Brinks. Should be ok for basic security. Fits gym lockers at the Y.

Easy to set and reset if nec

Easy to set lock and unlock. Bonus that you can change the combination if needed.

Tumblers work as they should. Lock seems strong for its size. Easy to set combination.

First it was super difficult to set, then to latch. The dials them would get stuck. At this point it is a decoration to my locker, unlocked, because the numbers, and I spent time with the combination, no longer work. Also, it's smaller than what it looks, too small for a locker.

Was delivered to my door, obviously used and stapled shut. Some jerk reprogrammed the lock and returned it so it's unusable.this should never have been reshelved.

Within one week, one of the locks closed never to be opened again. The combo simply wouldn't work anymore. The second lock stayed open and would not close or turn back. Complete trash.

After 2 days of use it would not unlock anymore. It is way too easy to accidentally reset the code so that maybe what happened but I ended having the lock cut off.

My bad - I should have read the reviews prior to purchase. I thought the brand name Brinks was good enough. But like others reported, it would not open out of the package using the default 000 combination.

The lack came broken. It does not work.
