Brio Bottom Load Water Cooler Dispenser with Hot, Cold and Room Temperature Water, Height 41.4"

Bad plastic taste. Had for over a month and bad taste remains.

The button got stuck within the 1st week of purchasing. I'm trying to return it

The first issue is the buttons and display. For some reason, the buttons on the top go hot-room-chilled, but then the display on the machine itself goes chilled-hot-bottle change which is confusing as a user until you get used to it, so every single guest I had needed help to figure it out which is annoying. My second issue is that there are three spouts for the three temperatures. It would be better to have one or two at rhe mist, as the act of looking at the top to press the correct button then bending over to make sure its not missing the hole and not getting confused by the front display is all a mess. The third issue is the door. It doesnt close all the way so I have to hold it with my knee to make sure the water is cycling through the tanks. Sometimes I have to use tape to hold it down or it won't heat the hot water. The latching mechanism just doesn't work and the door is misaligned so there is too much pressure in the bottom corner that makes it literally hold open. Honestly, if it wasn't such a complete hassle to return, and get a new device I would do so.

Seller sent me wrong model but Walmart discounted me just to keep the item to avoid hassle in shipping it back. I like the feature and performance though I still prefer the stainless to match my kitchen appliances. I appreciate Walmart excellentcustomer service .

Hello, I recently purchased a water dispenser from Walmart's website and it just arrived last night. The dispenser has three tap buttons for hot, room temperature, and cold water. However, the cold water tap does not respond when pressed — no water comes out. I would like to request an exchange. Could you please guide me through the process? Thank you very much.

This is by far the best water cooler I've ever purchased. I picked this one because of the bottom load and you don't have to see The bottle, it takes away the office look I also like the fact that it has hot cold and room temperature water. There is a switch to turn the compressor on and off, and it is the same for the hot water if your a stickler for noise,this is the one. I really wasn't looking forward to spending a lot on the water cooler, but it's money well spent. Thank you for an awesome job in designing a water coolers for everyone's needs.

The Brio Water Dispenser was damaged, it appears at the vendor factory when it was packaged. A piece at the left bottom corner is broken off. The broken piece contains a pin that is the bottom hinge for the compartment door. There are also two small dents on the compartment door.

The Brio water dispenser arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. i wanted to be able to use a 5 Gallon glass jar from Spring Valley Mountain water. hoolk up was super easy. plugged into a standard outlet %26 now have both heated %26 coolrd water at the pull og s lever! Using at business in the office and it works great. Highly recommend the unit, No plumbing and I get delicious spring water delivered.
