Brio Bottom Load Water Cooler Dispenser with Hot, Cold and Room Temperature Water, Height 41.4"

So easy to set up and get started. The whole family loves this water dispenser. We are all drinking more water! Happy with my purchase. It also looks nice and is very easy to load the water jug.

This is so cool! So far I low my bottom load water dispenser. It has hot water, cold water and room temperature water and is absolutely wonderful

This bottom load water dispenser needs lights while dispensing water. At nights it's so difficult not seeing anything? It's really ridiculous and difficult. Plus the door at the bottom opens on it's own. Like really badly built.

The overall look of the product is great, but the water continues to taste like chemicals even after cleaning it over 3 times. The only reason I won't return it is because I threw the box away

Hello, I recently purchased a water dispenser from Walmart's website and it just arrived last night. The dispenser has three tap buttons for hot, room temperature, and cold water. However, the cold water tap does not respond when pressed — no water comes out. I would like to request an exchange. Could you please guide me through the process? Thank you very much.

The Brio Water Dispenser was damaged, it appears at the vendor factory when it was packaged. A piece at the left bottom corner is broken off. The broken piece contains a pin that is the bottom hinge for the compartment door. There are also two small dents on the compartment door.

It's not the product it's not delivered late it was simply damaged by handler dents and dings all over it

The first issue is the buttons and display. For some reason, the buttons on the top go hot-room-chilled, but then the display on the machine itself goes chilled-hot-bottle change which is confusing as a user until you get used to it, so every single guest I had needed help to figure it out which is annoying. My second issue is that there are three spouts for the three temperatures. It would be better to have one or two at rhe mist, as the act of looking at the top to press the correct button then bending over to make sure its not missing the hole and not getting confused by the front display is all a mess. The third issue is the door. It doesnt close all the way so I have to hold it with my knee to make sure the water is cycling through the tanks. Sometimes I have to use tape to hold it down or it won't heat the hot water. The latching mechanism just doesn't work and the door is misaligned so there is too much pressure in the bottom corner that makes it literally hold open. Honestly, if it wasn't such a complete hassle to return, and get a new device I would do so.

It came fast. But it is all dented up on the back. It is running loud cause i guess something is pressing against something on the inside. One of the screws can't be screwed in cause of how it's dented.

product was damaged from bottom corner, part that holds the door.. so door can't stay in place.. so is useless, and also hot water dispenser doesn't work..
