I live in a house with a pretty damp basement. So you might guess it already, that insects are frequent guests in it I bought this pest repeller and after a week I have no complaints. So thanks. I will change the review if the device stops working or does not cope with any specific type of insect

I've had one or two zappers in the past which have generally been a little flimsy and lightly fry the flys/wasps I catch. Whereas this product absolutely does what it says on the tin, loud crack and they are sorted! One thing I do have to add is that the batteries supplied weren't working very well, but after replacing them the product has been absolutely fine. Have recommended to my colleagues at work!!

I am so sorry to see how many bad reviews have been posted. Personally I love it. I had one years ago but the old type was not a patch on this one. Far more powerful and efficient. Light to hold and very satisfied with loud noise when the insects are zapped.

This bug zapper is excellent. Its light weight and easy to use and its not too noisy when zapping bugs. As I have been spending more time in my garden, this bug zapper has become very useful. I am so happy with my purchase. I am giving this 5 stars, I would definitely recommend this.

The directions said that they would get active the first couple of days and I did see that. It also said that it's so irritating to them that they can't ear or reproduce and die. I have seen dead ones, though. I have a Palmetto Bug issue and it seems to be helping. I've only had it 2 wks. so far.

I'm not seeing any bugs but the flashing light is annoying at night. I think l'm going to order more anyway, though, since they'll be placed where the light won't bother anyone.

So far this seems to be working well as advertised, however, it could have put together more intelligently. There is no reason this gizmo should block the second plug on the outlet fixture and render it useless, but it does. I guess if you have outlets to spare, it shouldn't be a problem, but I don't have that many outlets in my house and I can't use it where I need to because I need both plugs. Also, blinky lights drive me nuts- why is that needed, too?

I never received the above pest control item. I was informed that it was in my mailbox, but I have looked for the past week and the item has not shown up as of today. I would love to know what your company is going to do about it. Hopefully your company will send me a new one. Thanking you in advance for your help.
