Great Product
This is my first Brita purchase and I am pleasantly surprised that the hype is all true. This model quickly provides filtered water on the very first pour. Very pleased with this purchase.

I was so happen to buy this cause my son have it in his home but after I got it was good sharp and I used it for 2 weeks and the middle lid broke so when I have to fill it up with water I press the middle led and it came off. So that why I give low rating for a the price I got it for shouldn't break after 2 weeks really

Super Poor Quality - Do NOT Buy
This lid cap where you open and close it to seal the water in has already snapped and I've had it for barely any time. Build quality is extremely poor. Second one I've already gone through

Lid opening refill cover hinge broke after 2 mo
The little plastic hinge pin on the opening in the lid, broke off upon opening the access point of this picture after only a few months of use

Poor quality, top cover needs to be redesigned.
The hinges on the top cover break very easily, making the jar unusable because, without the top cover, the water just pours out.

Item Broke After One Use
I bought this filter to replace my older model. I could tell immediately after opening it that the quality just wasn't the same as the old one, the plastic was cheap and flimsy. Sure enough, after one use the lid snapped.
