I am so glad that I brought the Brita Large Water Filter from Walmart. I needed a new Brita Filter. Thanks to the Walmart app, I was able to find the one that I wanted.

I love the new rounder edges of this pitcher design. Great quality, and I like the way they give you to track when it needs a new filter. I have been buying new britta pitchers as needed for years. Always recommend.

Working ok - one issue
The filtering portion is working as designed - it filters fairly fast - no issues there. Only annoying issue I have is - the top is hard to clasp on - alil too tight. If you clip the top on, it is hard to take it off. Perhaps in time it will loosen up. If you do not clasp it in all the way, it will fall off when pour the water.

the pitcher was fine , BUT, i order from walmart.com so the products will come to my door at home as we dont get mail service where we are , the last 2 orders have gone to the post office and we had to make a special trip to town just to pick them up ,, if walmart.com is going to do this i have no choice other than start using amazon prime ,,,

False advertisement and poor customer service
There is nothing wrong with the pitcher, however, it is not the pitcher I thought I was ordering. Walmart says there was “a mistake in the listing”. The images showed the pitcher with the light sensor for replacing the filter, but it was actually the plain basic pitcher. They would not correct their mistake and send the pitcher I thought I was ordering at the price advertised. They offered half off of the pitcher I received. That was not the pitcher I wanted. I am a very busy person and returning the pitcher would be a real inconvenience. Just absolutely not good customer service. I work in healthcare, can't afford to make mistakes in “customer service “ without correting them. This should be the norm for all customer service. Will not be shopping through Walmart any more.

A Waste Of Money, Cheaply Made
I had a very old Brita Pitcher, and the quality was 100% better then this one. The design of it, causes water from the top that unfiltered, to spill into the glass with the filtered water. Also the lid is cheaply made, and its very difficult to line it up with the correct groves to put it back on. I wouldnt buy this again
