Brita Standard 10-Cup, White Plastic Water Filtration Pitcher

I am so glad that I brought the Brita Large Water Filter from Walmart. I needed a new Brita Filter. Thanks to the Walmart app, I was able to find the one that I wanted.

I love the new rounder edges of this pitcher design. Great quality, and I like the way they give you to track when it needs a new filter. I have been buying new britta pitchers as needed for years. Always recommend.

Just what I needed

Want to cut down on plastic bottle waste and clean your tap water so it is 100% drinkable? This Brita system will save you $$ and is good for reducing the plastic crunch. Good price at Wal-Mart. I have the 20 cup pitcher and it fits right on the top shelf of my fridge.

I loved other Brita designs and wanted to upgrade from a 6 cup to a 10 cup capacity so I bought this one. I liked the fact you can pour water straight into the top but there is definitely a design flaw with the filter. I pushed the filter in correctly but it leaked allowing the unfiltered water to pass through. So I requested a refund and was thrilled Walmart honored it.

the pitcher was fine , BUT, i order from walmart.com so the products will come to my door at home as we dont get mail service where we are , the last 2 orders have gone to the post office and we had to make a special trip to town just to pick them up ,, if walmart.com is going to do this i have no choice other than start using amazon prime ,,,

There is nothing wrong with the pitcher, however, it is not the pitcher I thought I was ordering. Walmart says there was “a mistake in the listing”. The images showed the pitcher with the light sensor for replacing the filter, but it was actually the plain basic pitcher. They would not correct their mistake and send the pitcher I thought I was ordering at the price advertised. They offered half off of the pitcher I received. That was not the pitcher I wanted. I am a very busy person and returning the pitcher would be a real inconvenience. Just absolutely not good customer service. I work in healthcare, can't afford to make mistakes in “customer service “ without correting them. This should be the norm for all customer service. Will not be shopping through Walmart any more.
