This travel pillow has foam that is firm enough that it provides support, but the outside and the foam provide the right amount of softness for me. There are cheaper travel pillows available, and I can't compare this to those. I can say that I was grateful to have this on a recent overseas trip. It can be compressed to a smaller size in a bag when not in use, but it quickly returns to normal shape when you need it.

Never used a laminator and was able to immediately use. The cuter was difficult to use but eventually I will figure it out. I didn't know it was included. I was going to just get the smaller one but for the price difference this seemed logical. It heated up within minutes , ready to use.

I bought this for my flight to Europe and it helped m , sometimes for my neck and sometimes to put under my elbow by the window. My elbow hurts after a while on hard surfaces !!!

This neck pillow has saved me from many headaches from nerves in my head getting pressed on while sleeping. Due to spinal stenosis I sleep with bed in upright position. This is sleeping on my back which relieves back pain but was having so much neck pain and headaches I bought this pillow. It's helped me greatly! Very happy with the way it's made and wasability.
