These locks came in very handy on our last trip. The battery on our safe was dead so we just use the locks and it worked like a charm. I definitely recommend them.

Perfect. Did exactly what I need it to do

Needed a man (older teenaged boy-man) to help. Locks are stiff, yet great.

Returned, couldn't get them to work

I saw some other reviews that noted that one lock was broken but decided to take a chance. Unfortunately, only one of the locks worked and was able to be reprogrammed. The other lock would not stay locked and would open on any three digit combination. Had to return. There were instructions included and it was easy to reprogram the one lock that worked.

1 lock the Set button would not press. (yes I followed the instructions. yes I spent 5 mins wiggling everything and verified the correct 000 code worked). The OTHER lock I pressed the Set button. and I accidentally closed the lock instead of pressing the release button. so now neither the 000 or my preferred code would work. it's stuck in a locked position. who designs something so picky? both were not usable. 1 by quality of product, and 1 by easily mixed up instructions on a tiny credit-card sized instructions sheet.

Locks do not let you set your own combo. The button does not work as the directions say.

Broken and does not reset

I got 1 of 2 to set, but the second one would never take my code or reset. It wouldn't take any code, so it would never lock. 1 of 2 worked, but that's not good enough, so I returned the set.

Couldn't set one the B button and it locked and there is no instructions to reset.
