Brother Business Color Laser Printer, HL-L8360CDW, Wireless Networking, Automatic Duplex Printing, Mobile Printing, Cloud printing

Have owned this model since 2010. The original no longer works duplex as of about 3 mos ago. It still prints single sheets. The only problem is Brother software in Windows does not recognize the newer machine unless the other older printer is not in system. The new one is also an excellent machine and more modern printers do not match up with this older model. It also produces some very nice prints of jpgs. Bottom line is all laser printers are not designed to print glossy. But for everyday use on plain paper? It is an incredibly fast machine with duplex capability which saves a lot of paper. I normally for years have used a very bright 24 lb weight paper and this machine handles it very well. It is one of about 8 models put out by Brother. Most of which are about 150 dollars more than this printer. They are all using the same internal machinery. The next one up until recently was a 100 more for an extra tray. That changed sometime in the last two weeks. They also make an all-in-one model with this print machinery at a huge difference in price. For an economic business type machine this one is hard to beat.

I bought this printer 8 yrs ago and it's been the most hassle free printer I've ever owned. I have no connectivity issues and prints quickly no problems through wireless. It's a home printer so not huge volume, but toner cartridges still 1/2 full after 8 years. I would have replaced 3 ink jet printers that dry up normally in this time frame so happy with this color laser. Nothing but praise for this printer. I was an IT Manager so used to support a lot of printers. The only thing I should bring up is the cost of toner. About the same as the cost of the printer so not sure if I'll try an off brand when the time comes. Or wait for a special sale.

Had the same printer model for the last 7 years with minimal issues. The power supply went out... I think.

Excellent Color Laser Printer for both Small Businesses and Home Based Businesses. Easy Set-up and simple to put on a network for sharing across multiple users. Print Quality is great for the price. Toner consumption seems less than our previous Dell Printer.

This is an upgrade from my older Laser 3170 printer. Brother is far superior to anything I have bought in the past from other printer brands. The color is superior. It produces very good photo prints as well. One thing I do not like about all the laser printers is no glossy prints. I continue to use an ink jet for that purpose.

So far I've used it for 2 weeks and performance is very good, but having really used it excessively, like running it hard. No major issues but had some minor color printing issues but think it was my error. Has gotten better but touch and go. Over all it's a very good printer and rate it at 4 stars only because there is extremely room for improvement. I endorse this product for small to medium uses.

I did not realize that a printer in this price tier would NOT be multi-function. It's a great printer, but it does not copy or scan, which my previous laser printer did. My bad for not verifying. It has a few quirks---If you try to print on a less than half-size sheet using the sheet feeder, it throws an error. You can only resolve it by turning the printer off and back on. The screen display isn't very helpful. Mine is currently displaying "Found new firmware" on the screen, but following the arrows does not provide a way to install the new firmware. Also, I'm using the printer wirelessly, and it's slow. Eventually I will try hard-wiring it to see if that improves the response time.

Terrible Customer service. WAS not sold by walmart but by a third party. Horrible.
