Our copier has not printed well since we installed the new drum. Print is very light unless we set to density 2, and then it looks smudgy. Toner is nearly full and the only thing changed is the drum.

Yes Junk
I bought this Genuine-Drum unit DR-820 on May 5,2024. Today 7/18/24 I am getting a message to "Replace Drum". The last drum unit I had lasted 7 years. So frustrated as I went to https://www.brother-usa.com/support and it's useless to get the information on what my options are given that it lasted 78 days. I even tried to send a picture but your useless website wouldnt allow me to upload it.
