This item is exactly as expected, genuine Brother's parts. The package is original and in perfect condition. Price is competitive with other providers, Walmart shipped the next day.

These are pricey cartridges but after using aftermarket cartridges and endlessly having to reclean the print heads after 2 or three print jobs, the price is worth not having the hassle.

I have no actual idea if the ink cartridges are good ones (no idea how fresh the product actually is --old or dry).

I ordered 2 cartages only got one. and it won't be here till the 26 a little late for a birthday gift. After paying $130.00 for both of the cartages. Another week wait.IT WAS ONE ORDER!!!!!!

I returned because the ink cartridge was shipped in a paper bag, which allowed the ink cartridge box to become damaged (like being stepped on). Ink is expensive and I did not want to take a chance the cartridge itself was also damaged, thus why I returned.

We thought buying the Brother brand ink for our Brother printer would be seamless-but it didn't work at all-%26 i threw away the box so walmart didn't let me return it…so keep the box til you're sure it works in your printer.

printer not printing clearly with this. I take the ink cartridge out, shake it, sometimes helps, other times doesn't %26 continue to take out %26 shake. Have Never had this happen before. Last cartridge's were purchased from Office Depot, no problem.
