this printer is absolutely great if you need to be doing every day nome or home business printing. it doesn't have the highest resolution bit the photos "on photo paper " look great. it is faster that my old ink jet from years ago, it simply does the job. mine showed up with the cyan ink cartridge leaking in its package. besides that it was a great experience. unlike others , brother doesn't shut down your printer for using other brand inks... not recommended to do it but they don't punish you for something, even through you bought the printer with your money....

This printer is very nice! I set it up easily and seen how it test printed which was really good. I am pleased to have a new printer that will work best for me. I searched for weeks before I finally settled on this printer. I love it. Easy set up, prints pretty fast. Came with all the colors u need. Ran out of black and it still prints in other colors. I ordered more ink and it does use other inks compatible with brother but it does tell u to use it at your own risk. We print wireless from all our phones, desktop, chromebook, and other laptops. No issues. Great purchase! Im glad I did my research and went with this one. If u are needing a daily use printer this works good. Son uses it for school, We all use it for a lot of thinks including pictures. Great buy. Happy with my purchase.

This printer has far exceeded my expectations!!! it is not only reliable, but very user- friendly, and I was actually looking at a different brand, when this one met all of my needs and then some!!! Great quality!!!! I also have a Brother sewing machine which ive had for years, and not a bit of trouble!!!

Once set-up I like this printer. I will say, for myself, this printer was a bit of a challenge to install. I've set up many printers using the quick set up guide, but this quick set-up guide was far from helpful. I gave up after an hour trying to follow these poor instructions and used the chat feature to Brother, that was just as useless as the quick set-up guide. I called customer service and had a very helpful young man who helped me get this printer installed. After all of this, I would recommend the printer. Maybe it was me, and someone else may be able to install the printer using the quick set-up guide.

1)The little tiny screen is very hard to view 2) Every time I go to print I have to I have to change the size of paper. It always comes up 4X6. 3) Very hard to see the Black prompt keys on black background. The buttons to be pushed should be WHITE not black. 4) Weird %26 hard to find connection for wired copies from the computer ????? This connection should come with the MFC-J1360 DW Thanks for your attention.

I've been months trying to get this printer hooked up to my internet to use. I have no idea how it works yet because it's not set up by wireless connection! YET! I thought this printer had a direct wire connection to my computer as well as wireless but it's only wireless and I am still trying to get it hooked up! Thought the problem was drivers so I bought a driver updater… nope, still not hooked up! Ugh

I'm giving 1 star only because the printer didn't come with starter ink. It may be a good printer, but I can't complete the setup without ink. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Walmart or the manufacturer, and I haven't been able to find any information about what to do when part of the product is missing. Who you gonna call?!

Had Brother Printer for a few weeks...it stopped scanning, would not make copies, ink cartridges apparently almost empty when delivered...I plan to return for a full refund!!! ALSO, printing process stopped many, many times... Very, Very, Very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

This printer was fine initially, but then started printing poorly, streaky %26 finally completely illegibly. I did all trouble shooting, cleaned the heads, checked the paper alignment, ink cartridges, etc %26 nothing is working. We're likely going to have to either try to return it, take it to a tech store to try to clean internally, etc. It's not really worth the hassle, in my opinion, but I don't want to have to buy a whole new printer either.
