Great buy. I love this machine and Walmart made it easy to purchase.

This was my first attempt with an embroidery machine. It was easy to set up and the instructions to begin were fairly straightforward. I was able to produce an embroidered name after the set up. Later I made the piece into a pillow and got many compliments.

Bundle items were not received, only the basic machine.

The machine so far is fine, however none of the accessories were included.

this machine has major head tension problems. only made one item before it messed up. returned it

This bundle is misleading. Only the machine and the small accessory kit from Brother were included. The rest of the items advertised in the listing were not shipped. After contacting customer service and waiting several days, they eventually sent the thread pack and the hoops that were listed, but I still never received the embroidery design package that was advertised and valued at around $500. Save yourself the frustration and just buy the machine by itself. The “bundle” was not delivered as advertised.

This machine broke after less than four months of use. When I called for the warranty support they only options they offered were to drive two hours each way to drop it off and two hours each way to pick it up later or to pay approximately $300 in shipping and be without the machine for 3 months to send it to them. Bottom line, broke way to fast and they didn't stand behind it.

I did not receive what I ordered. I only received the embroidery machine. I did not receive the package that went with it.
