this printer is absolutely great if you need to be doing every day nome or home business printing. it doesn't have the highest resolution bit the photos "on photo paper " look great. it is faster that my old ink jet from years ago, it simply does the job. mine showed up with the cyan ink cartridge leaking in its package. besides that it was a great experience. unlike others , brother doesn't shut down your printer for using other brand inks... not recommended to do it but they don't punish you for something, even through you bought the printer with your money....

This printer is very nice! I set it up easily and seen how it test printed which was really good. I am pleased to have a new printer that will work best for me. I took photos for reference, which made me feel uneasy that the printer would be able to work. Setup was easy, printers beautifully! Setup to my WiFi was easy. It prints from my iPhone perfectly! I now have 2 Brother printers that AirPrint! Great price! It's almost identical to the one that I've had for 9 years that works perfectly! And I have an older none AirPrint on that the computers can print to that's also a Brother and over 15 years old! Still works great

I like its features especially the wifi connection because you can print and scan using your mobile. Just download mobile connect.

the printer is nice but if buttons where backlit it might be easier to us if the actual function words where lit up so it can be read easier in low light I never read instructions but i got it figured out pretty quickly without instructions my old subscription hp printer slid down the trash chute real quick very satisfying to see that go down with a smash at the bottom hahahahahahahahaha. the copy function is slow but if you scan to computer is way faster by atleast 60% printing is clear as original and photos are very7 nice by my standards i print photos for the wife and family. Set up was easy since I'm very mechanically inclined even though this is not mechanical that made it even easier. The scanner is very smooth and easy to use iI had to make copies of time sheets for work it was easy and faster than copying straight to paper. wireless setup was very easy as well hardest part was trying to remember the Wifi password which is on the Wifi itself since it has changed since my newest wifi update. Over all the printer is easy to get figured out and setup and ready to go I like it and it fits with my little office in my little corner of my office.

Once set-up I like this printer. I will say, for myself, this printer was a bit of a challenge to install. I've set up many printers using the quick set up guide, but this quick set-up guide was far from helpful. I gave up after an hour trying to follow these poor instructions and used the chat feature to Brother, that was just as useless as the quick set-up guide. I called customer service and had a very helpful young man who helped me get this printer installed. After all of this, I would recommend the printer. Maybe it was me, and someone else may be able to install the printer using the quick set-up guide.

I always buy Brother printers, This one is a complete disappointment as it does not work properly %26 needs to be replaced. I would like it replaced

I'm giving 1 star only because the printer didn't come with starter ink. It may be a good printer, but I can't complete the setup without ink. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Walmart or the manufacturer, and I haven't been able to find any information about what to do when part of the product is missing. Who you gonna call?!

Had Brother Printer for a few weeks...it stopped scanning, would not make copies, ink cartridges apparently almost empty when delivered...I plan to return for a full refund!!! ALSO, printing process stopped many, many times... Very, Very, Very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
