It's a little lower to the ground than expected, but not in a problematic way. Looks really nice in my son's starter apartment. And he put it together himself! I suggested that eventually he could swap out the black little throw pillows that came with it for something more colorful. But original fears about how sturdy it was did not pan out. Plenty sturdy. Really a good deal for someone starting out!! I definitely recommend it, especially for that price!

Not enough screws in couch to assemble correctly
after assembly item looks nothing like it dies in the picture , if you need a sofa/futon for your childs room this is the one
The product came without any screws bolts nuts and 1 connector that looked to be worn down when 4 connectors are required. The box was damaged which caused the item to look used.
Box was damaged in shipping. Item has 4 cushion covers and 3 of them were grey and 1 is black. Inside cushions smelled so bad they needed to be left outside to air out. Product is very flimsy and just cheap.
Product terrible one of the legs came broken I had to return it. Never again
