One of my favorites for BCAA's, I get great results using as a post workout drink. It tastes and mixes good, and also a good value for the money.

Highly Recommend
Recovery time from a long run (post run) and recovery time from lifting weights (during exercise) is much shorter, and general overall soreness is reduced. I highly recommend.

As advertised.
Arrived as expected, works as advertised and tastes great. This was recommended by my personal trainer for a faster recovery. In addition to protein. Recommends to take right after you workout for best results.

The guys swear it gives them more energy during workouts. I can't tell, but the watermelon flavor makes drinking water much more refreshing!

Great product...A little weak on the flavor
Product exactly as described! Tastes good, but could be a bit stronger flavor. Taste aside, I'd give it 5⭐ Definitely helps with workouts!
