[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for sometime and the taste hasn't given me the ick so that's good. I usually mix one scoop with water and it mixes very well and easily. It's does not give me the sensation of needles on my skin which is a huge plus as well.

I was so impressed with how it tasted because I have tasted bad flavors of other pre workout brands before. This one tastes just like a pixie stick. I do think this gave me good energy prior to my workout and throughout the morning through mid afternoon. I will definitely buy again!

Usually love green apple as a flavor, not a fan of it with this though. The fruit punch is much better. Overall a good product though.

I like the feel of extra energy, especially for a good workout! It doesn't have the best ingredients, but it doesn't have a lot of ingredients either, so that's good in my opinion! I have always liked this brand and my brother has even used it a few times as well! If you need a good, affordable workout powder, I think this is a good option!

The powder mixed well. I also like that the container comes with a serving scoop. I drank it about 30 mins before my workout. It lasted my entire workout and then some. I took away a star because I did get a little shaky after a while.

The Fruit Punch flavor is pleasant and is easily mixed with water. It helped me feel more resistant during my workouts without being heavy. I recommend starting with a small portion to assess tolerance, especially if you are not used to pre-training.
