Taking it before workouts and it's making them easier, I've noticed. 30 servings in a package, just the right amount. The package itself looks stylish. Understandable and good ingredients, not much sugar, important for me personally.

Don't let yourself be tricked by the taste and drink it too fast or too long before your workout because you will be jittery. But it definitely gives you that extra little kick for a great workout.

It mixes well and again tastes great with no aftertaste. It definitely kept me alert and focused. I shared with a friend and she loved it too. The taste is delicious with no aftertaste or smell. I felt like I had more energy than usual and was able to really push myself through my boxing class. I definitely recommend this pre-workout mix to any athlete.

I take it before my workout about 3 days a week and it works pretty great. The packaging with the scoop makes it easy to get the serving out. Although it wasn't wrapped too well in the box it came in, one large box thrown on top and it could have broken the container it came in.

The fruit punch flavor is nice, and I don't even mind the Sucralose in this as someone who typically dislikes artificial sweeteners. I am a little surprised by the amount of Red 40 in this product that is formulated to be healthy - it is pretty neon in real life. I would rather have a natural color or no color.
