Fortunately this one does not cause that and it mixes well and has enough umph to prepare you for the workout and day. Taste is clean and doesn't have a medicinal smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using BSN NO XPLODE 3.3B Blue Raspberry before my strength training sessions since July 20, 2026, and it has given me a noticeable boost in both energy and focus. One of the most immediate benefits I've experienced is feeling more prepared to train and able to push through my workouts without my energy dropping halfway. I also consistently notice a solid pump during my sessions, which makes the workouts feel more productive. The Blue Raspberry flavor is fruity and enjoyable, though on the sweeter side. The powder is convenient to measure with the included scoop and mixes smoothly in cold water without clumping. At 275 mg of caffeine per serving, this is definitely a stronger pre-workout. I make sure to watch my overall caffeine intake on the days I use it. Overall, I've been very satisfied with the taste, consistency, and performance of BSN NO XPLODE 3.3B, especially on days when I need an extra boost to tackle tough workouts. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time taking it, what a rush! Wasn't sure if I should hit the gym or the hospital - in a good way. The high caffein content is worth noting but overall a solid option. Taste is decent, energy is definitely up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I was a little nervous to try this product because I've had friends that tried other brands and had weird over caffeinated reactions. I was given this product in exchange for my honest opinion from Influenster. Now that I've tried it a few times I can confidently tell you that it tastes really good and it's not too sweet. The caffeine felt like a strong cup of coffee not like I was on overload. I will tell you to heat the advice and stir not shake because it foams up. This definitely gave me an extra boost and I love that the packaging has the dosing spoon in it so that there's no guest work. All in all this is a quality pre-workout get your day going kind of boost. I thoroughly enjoyed it 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product the amount you get is worth the price and it has a great flavor slight sweetness and citrusy flavor it has the perfect amount creatine to get the workout and or even when I need that extra boost gardening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pre workout packs a punch. I got a Watermelon flavor which I typically am not a fan of. But this watermelon flavor was actually pretty good. The powder mixed well. I also like that the container comes with a serving scoop. I drank it about 30 mins before my workout. It lasted my entire workout and then some. I took away a star because I did get a little shaky after a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Optimum Nutrition products in the past, so I was excited to try a new one! The blue raspberry flavor was really good. Not too sweet. I also love that it really blends very easily and there is no chalky flavor. I didn't exactly notice a difference with my workout so I can't really speak to getting a “pump.” Overall I would recommend as long as you like caffeine in products like this (personally I wish there wasn't as much.)
