I feel my energy spike just in time to get the workout done to my full potential and then some! I'd recommend giving this one a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Intensy energy, good pum and focus, helps to feel more resistance. Sweet and easy to drink, the powder dissolves quickly in the cold water. The smell is sweet and strong, similar to a fruit punch or fruity energy drink. Good quality price

The ingredient list looked to be alright and there wasn't a weird texture to the powder like some of the others that I've tried previously.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pre workout was an absolute treat. The texture is very smooth and mixed in very easily. Some other pre workouts can be quite grainy, but this one is very smooth. I only use about a third or half a scoop since a full scoop has almost 300mg of caffeine, but it certainly is enough to give me a boost before training. I have been a long time user of BSN's products, specifically the protein powders. Every protein powder I've had from them has tasted great and been a good value, so, I was not surprised to find the same thing with their pre workout. The fruit punch flavor is not too sweet, but just right. It doesn't leave any aftertaste or leave your mouth tingling like other pre workouts I've tried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mistake #1: You gotta use more water… I learned that the hard way. I'm a stickler for powdered mixes where I can taste the powder. But this? dissolves so well in room temp and cold water and has no disgusting aftertaste. It's so yum and I can easily finish it in 30 minutes like directed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the flavor of this! (It is pretty sweet, but I like that!) I drank it about an hour before a home workout and I don't feel as sore 24 hours after! It wasn't clumpy at all, especially when you mix a little bit of warm water with it first to dissolve, then add cold the rest of the way. I would recommend this and probably buy it again!

This product will amp you up. It has a long ingredient list. There is a reason why it's been a best seller for years. The only negative for me is that it does upset my stomach a little. This may not be the case for you so don't let that keep you from trying it.
