BSN, Amino X, Fruit Punch, 30 Servings

I have used BSN products many times and love them. This product is no different. The different flavors and products they offer never seem to disappoint. This has a great flavor and most importantly helps me from being sore after my workouts. The only thing I don't care for is the froth when you shake it to mix up, but not worth deducting a star.

This is a review from a woman to women. I always think that most supplements are formulated with men in mind. But I am a petite woman and I have been working out since the mid 80's. I had a sample packet of this product and decided to try it after having it my stash of amino supplements. I have always taken an amino supplement of Arginine/ Ornithine, but adding this endurance/recovery Amino has enhanced my workouts for longevity. I am more mature now and still like to do a kickboxing class and then weight train for an hour or so. This Amino product gives me an extra energy boost to continue working out. I take only as a pre workout but not for recovery. Chocolate milk is a girl's best recovery protein, RIGHT? :D Read & follow instructions, This is my own personal experience with this product. I use this product during my workouts. I usually put one scoop into a liter bottle of water so that it balances out the flavor and lets me track how much water im drinking per day. The flavor is very strong (not bad) so I would recommend testing it out with a small scoop if this is your first time buying it. Helped great with recovery after a long lift session.
