This tape is sticky and can be annoying to use, especially by yourself, but it really holds in place. I tape my feet due to fat pad syndrome and this tape really helps with managing my pain when as I walk through my day. I definitely notice a difference in pain when I don't tape my feet. This stuff doesn't peel pff until you peel it off and it doesn't stretch out like others I've tried
This stuff really stays in place. I use it on the bottom of my foot to cover a wart covered with duct tape, and it stays there for days at a time. Even swimming, it stays put. In addition to strapping, I think this is good for holding bandages in place in spots that are awkward to bandage, like hands. But for areas with more sensitive skin, I recommend proceeding with caution, since it could hurt when you're removing the tape.
We used the tape extensively on a 2.5 week hiking trip the national parks. It was instrumental in preventing blisters and keeping us on the go. I can not talk enough how it saved us from pain and discomfort and ket us on the trails. We stored in a zip lock bag to kepp it in tip top shape.
Very pleased with the adhesive. Worked well for wrapping for my plantar fasciitis. My pt person recommended
Great sports tape that provides some stability and support. Lasts as long as it doesn't get wet!
Tape is as expected and super sticky as always. I always apply on top of cover tape when taping for joint support. Purchased to provide extra support/relief for my ankle...but also good for hotspots in preventing blisters! Shipped in a vinyl bag, so box got crushed in shipment.
Was suggested for preventative use to tape feet and prevent blisters. Worked great! Unlike every other brand of moleskin/second skin/band aids I've used it didn't come off when feet got hot and sweaty. I used it on a 2 day climb of Mount Rainier and never got a single blister and it stayed on firm, but also came off painlessly after the climb when I wanted to take it off. Only didn't give it 5 stars because adhesive seeps through the bandage sticking my sock liners to my feet too.
the tape was difficult to use
This stuff isnt as sturdy as it was back 5. Years ago last time i used it. Not as sticky either, not nearlly. Sad really
This is not the Kinesiology Tape that I'm used to. It has no stretch. It's really difficult to apply. But if it's the tape you're used to no problem
