This is by far the best pre-workout I've ever used. I've tried many many brands, but here's what I like about this one: - Taste is amazing. It's a fruity flavor and very tasteful. - The pump is absolutely insane. My arms and veins are absolutely massive after using this, compared to a normal workout or with other pre-workouts (see photo). - It's high in caffeine. This is nice because I don't usually take a full scoop, so 20 servings can easily last me 2 months of usage if I only take a half or 2/3 a scoop at a time. - It doesn't have creatine. I like 5mg of creatine a day, and most pre-workouts include 1g, which means I need a creatine supplement anyway. With this I know I'm not paying for the creatine and I feel like I'm getting a better deal. - It definitely makes you feel "tingly", which some dislike but after a few times will wear off and if you use pre-workout enough it can be an enjoyable feeling. What I don't like: - You can only get it at Walmart

Works great, no jitters! Hubby and I work 12 hour shifts and this helps us keep going while staying on task and getting more done! Tastes amazing and mixes well!

This is my 3rd pre workout and I think this might be my main pre workout I makes me sweat for the first time which I already knew it was working and my first and second pre workout I didn’t feel nothing at all but besides this I would recommend this thank you

I have been using this preworkout for years and the quality has stayed the same. The bomb pop is still my favorite flavor. It gives you all you need to hit the gym and sustains a 2 hour workout for me.

Love the fact that it does hold a sustainable energy and even more so doesn't give me the jitters as with some pre-workouts . As with most types of pre-workout powders there is a price tag attached but able to make it last if used when as needed only basis

Gave me the wrong product. They gave me the cheaper version with less caffeine. Will be making return.

The scoop is not compatible for a water bottle which is very inconvenient. And it has a packet inside to help preserve the product which is difficult to remove without wasting product. More thought needs to be considered about the consumer using the product. Overall will not be using this product in the future.

Whenever I use this, the Miami flavor is the one I prefer out of the couple of different flavors I've tried, but I ordered through the online pickup-at-store and they gave me a Miami with Pineapple, which is disgusting to me. I don't know if the company changed it completely or just added another option from the regular, but I don't like it with the Pineapple.

As I like the actual product, I feel that the size of the preserve packet inside adds to the weight of the product. You receive a small amount of product with a very large packet of silicone beads inside.
