I was making my own "lit teas" by using caffeinated flavored beverage packets but switching to Guarana allowed me to regulate the amount of caffeine I put in a drink and not need to use caffeined sink packets. Only 1/4 tsp is 200mg of caffeine and it's flavorless (as far as I can tell). Great value; this is going to last a long time.

Has more of a coffee taste that I would've expected, and can be a little sticky if you get the powder on anything but it does provide caffeine. I just mix it with l-theonine (2:1, l-theonine to caffeine) in my smoothie or hot chocolate and it does help with focus for my unmedicated ADHD.

This stuff is pretty great! A “natural” caffeine, awesome! I make my own syrups for sodas, and this stuff really helps when I make a quart or two of ‘mountain dew' syrup or coca cola syrup. I tried it in a sprite syrup I made and the flavor came thru and was not that good, but that was my fault! So, YES, I would definitely recommend this stuff, especially if you want a natural pick me up!

It does exactly what it says. I take it in my coffee. It's easier to mix it in a hot coffee, otherwise it's hard to dissolve.
